Our Experience was awesome front start to finish.. I want to add by saying how great the service and experience is. Beginning with Steph who responded to my email Rachel and David to the delivery drivers Im so sorry forgot their names. We checked out 2 other places before hearing of St. Lawrence pools. When collecting all our options it was the amazing service that led us to buy. No question was tò small or dumb they made us feel important and answered all. The team work from All employees involved was amazing even the delivery and Service dept. Thank you again for everything. We love our hot tub... Dave and staff at St. Lawrence pools and hot tub have been amazing. I had an issue with my hot tub and they explained what the concern was and helped me fix things immediately.Their genuine concern for the customer is outstanding.Thanks for your help and support.

We have always had very respectful staff interactions. Darcy was our last water tester and explained everything we need to do and asked if we had any questions. It is always very clean and I do enjoy chatting with them as they do our water tests. He never pushes product on us. Always greets with a smile and asks how are day is going? Will always use the products from St Lawrence Pool as it really works.

I’m Not one to leave reviews but I’d like to send out a huge thank you to David, we initially bought our hot tub from St Lawrence in Belleville with little guidance from them we went to the cobourg store for some water issues David went the extra mile and stopped by our house on his way home to help us go over hot tub 101 call it… he definitely made things easier and took out the fear of messing things up….. thanks again. Greatly appreciated.

We attended a Spa School at the store which was excellent. The staff were wonderful. David is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and help us get what we needed. We were really impressed with the entire team and look forward to purchasing all of our spa needs from them going forward.

My husband and I have purchased a Louisiana Founders Legacy 800 and a Weber kettle one touch from St Lawrence. The staff at this store is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rachel is always a huge help as we visit frequently to stock up on pellets and charcoal and other BBQ supplies. They always have what we need. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very good experience buying a dart board with all of the accessories. Dave was very helpful answering any questions and the store had a great selection of products. Would recommend this store for a wide range of purchases!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A COMPANY THAT YOU CAN TRUST. My concerns and questions were appropriately dealt with. Things weren't perfect at the start, but the staff at St. Lawrence Pools worked to make it right.The in-house water testing service is very helpful.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and polite office staff and technicians. They fixed an issue with my hot tub quickly with a minimal charge. Always helpful and friendly when I go into the store. We would highly recommend St. Lawrence Pools.
