“We had to call the CAA to help us with a wheel issue on our large fifth-wheel RV. They were prompt and very helpful. Their representative suggested we call Chadwick to do the necessary repairs. It was early Saturday evening. They answered the phone! They were honest that they could not look at it until Monday. We ended up calling them again on Sunday and, again, they answered the phone! We were able to make arrangements for them to accept our trailer on the Sunday ready for their attention on Monday. Sure enough, first thing Monday, they looked it over and the trailer was ready for pickup later that same day. We found the office staff easy enough to communicate with and we found the technician to be very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. We thought the price was very reasonable. We are happy campers.”

“It's December 14th, and the radio stops playing music in our Subaru Forester. We called Subaru and they couldn't give us an appointment until January 3rd. We called Andrew at McCracken, Cobourg and he got us an appointment within the hour and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes... free of charge! Kudos to Andrew at McCracken, Cobourg for his attentiveness and honesty! We certainly hope his team enjoys the "festive treats" we bought them from the local grocery store!! Highly recommend this amazing team!!”

“Wow! Outstanding, over and above service! Needed a side view mirror replaced on a 24 year old vehicle. Wade located a used mirror and then arranged to have it installed the same day. When I called initially, was nicely and surprisingly told I could just drop by for an estimate - no need to book an appointment. I was arranging this work for someone and was from out of town, so the fact that this work could get accomplished the same day was absolutely great. Very pleased with the work and service - would highly recommend!”
