“It’s unfortunate there are only 5 stars because Brad went way above and beyond even 5 stars .Our Grandson purchased his first car from Brad . It is a 2007 Equinox.Brad delivered the car with a full tank of gas...and as a thank you to Ray had it rust proofed as well.As Ray was driving back to school in Sarnia two trouble lights came on.Ray returned home the following weekend and Brad took the car to be checked out.It turned out to be a transmission problem .Yes I did sign a 30 day 50/50 warranty agreement and was prepared for that.However the transmission had to be replaced and when Brad phoned to report that he explained he was covering 100% of the cost.This kind of customer service is totally unheard of in today’s world.I am giving Brad a 10 star rating....please support BIG APPLE AUTO.Wayne M”
