The outer lock on our Swagman Bike Rack broke so that we could not open the rack nor get the bikes off. I called two local locksmiths, one who was absolutely no help, and the other who told us how to release the lock, and suggested we go to Action Car and Truck in Collingwood. Tom Gill was able to help us! He couldn't have been better. He was able to release the stripped screw so that we could get our bikes off. When we offered to pay, he wouldn't take any money - he just wanted to help by providing his tools and knowledge.We insisted on a tip, which he still wouldn't take - truly a person just helping out some tourists who were in a bind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thomas Gill, and this place of business.

We needed a tonneau cover and side steps for a new Tacoma. Bill was very helpful helping us pick out what we wanted, products came in the next day and Bill was able to install both the same day we picked up our truck. Excellent service all around, highly recommended.
