Braden is not only knowledgeable but honest. Got some other opinions and no one was as clear and concise in their explanation both of the job and billing. Definitely my GO TO mechanic from now on. Highly recommended.

Took my truck for an oil change, based solely on some rave reviews, and word of mouth. Braden is very friendly and professional. He completed my oil change for a great price. And pointed out a couple things I will need to address in the future. Definitely worth the drive to creemore. Will be servicing both my truck, and my wife’s car going forward

I took my car in for an oil change and general inspection. Turned out I had to get a broken part replaced, Braden was able to do everything the same day and was super quick. I just bought a set of tires from Braden at Rough Ride Auto and had them installed. Braden's price is the best out there and same with the service. I had my appointment at noon, and as soon as I showed up, Braden had my new tires installed while I waited. He even made me a coffee as I waited. I'll definitely be back.

I would definitely recommend Rough Ride. I had him change my tires to winter. I work down the street from him and instead of me dropping my vehicle off, Braden came to my work and picked up my truck, brought it back when it was done. Next day I noticed some vibration. Called Braden and he didn't hesitate to come back and pick my truck up at my work to take a look at it. Turns out my tires are a bit warped. Instead of just telling me. He took video to show me so I could see for myself. A couple days went by and noticed my front tires were losing air. Called Braden and again he came to my work and picked up my truck. Fixed the problem and brought my truck back to me. And even brought me and my co worker a Halloween treat. Braden goes above and beyond for his customers. Great prices and amazing customer service.
