That level of service stuck with me and I have recommended them many times. They replaced my brakes today for a fair price with excellent service.”

“I was in yesterday to have my rear brakes looked at and fixed as there was a bad grinding coming from the passenger side-rear brakes.Having the day off due to the Rob Zombie concert the previous night, I only had yesterday to have it fixed and was concerned that I wouldn't have enough time for this Midas to get the job done by EoD.I spoke to Leo on the phone ahead of leaving and was advised that it was possible if I could make it by 12:30pm.True to their word, they first inspected the brakes, finding that my electronic parking brake had seized in that wheel, which had damaged the rotor and worn he pad right off.I was expecting it to be expensive, and when I got the quote, it was about what I expected it to cost.Once the job was completed, I was very happy to see that the quote and the final charge were the same.I will definitely return to this location, as they followed through on all that was asked of them and were very respectful of my gender identity, as I identify as transgender female and was not treated any differently than any of their other customers.”

“We've taken our cars here a few times over the last few years, and each time have been grateful for the honest service and fair and competitive pricing. Today's visit was no different - had a dashboard light go on in my van and took it in for a diagnostic. The wait was going to be a little long so I was going to take a cab home, but was generously offered a ride by the lovely lady at the front desk. A few hours later got a call that the van was ready and that no issue was found, just some old codes that had to be cleared. I came back ready to pay a diagnostic fee, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that I didn't owe anything! As a woman taking a car to some mechanics can often be fraught with worry that you'll be sold on parts or services you don't really need. Import Auto is definitely not one of those mechanics. They've earned my trust time and time again! Thanks for your honesty and integrity!”

“Wow! Couldn't get my licence plates off my car when I needed to renew them. Service Ontario agent kindly suggested I try a dealership. Drove my VW to Hanna Ford Motors in Collingwood, since there is no VW dealer here, and Jamie Hanna came out and wrestled the screws off -- despite the fact they were rusted and we couldn't get a grip on them. He then found new bolts, put the old plates back on the car so I could drive back to Service Ontario, then offered to tighten the bolts for me once I had the new plates -- and he did! Fantastic and kind help even though I was not a customer. I will be for my next vehicle!”
