“Great experience with a very honest mechanic who was upfront about pricing, helped me find a much more cost-effective fix than what the dealership suggested (roughly 1/4 the price), and was fantastic with service turnaround time. Will absolutely be my go-to mechanic while I'm living here.”

“My 11 year old plates needed replacement. I couldn't get them off- my dealer couldn't either, but recommended Mike's. Sheldon was up to the task- I was hoping for a bill under$200. It took him 15 minutes and no charge ! I donated to their coffee fund- and they have a new customer”

“This week, we had the pleasure of assisting my mother-in-law purchase a vehicle from Collingwood Hyundai. Since she was traveling from several hours away, Suzie M. worked tirelessly with her remotely throughout the process. She answered countless questions, offered thoughtful advice, and even took the time on a rainy day to film the vehicle's interior on her own phone so my mother-in-law could see it before making the trip. When we arrived at the dealership, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and committed to making the experience as smooth as possible. We especially appreciated Suzie's transparency when discussing the financial details and the care she took to ensure my mother-in-law was fully set up and comfortable before beginning her long drive home. Throughout the purchase process, it became clear that a few team members were away from the office, but despite that, everything continued seamlessly. A special thank you to Adam, the General Manager, for helping us complete the financial application, even though it wasn't part of his usual role. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Collingwood Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle and a genuinely caring team. Thank you to Suzie, Adam, and the entire Collingwood Hyundai team for going above and beyond to make this such a positive experience for our family. Your professionalism, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful”

“This place is amazing. In and out in maybe 15 minutes for an oil change, with other cars ahead of me. Absolutely no unnecessary upselling or time wasting that every other shop seems to do these days.”

“Excellent service, a very fair price on parts and labour. Hard to reach on the phone, best to go in person to make appointments for service. Well worth it for major repairs.”
