The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and ended up contacting the sales rep for the company that dealt with the (now obsolete and not available) transformer of the light. The rep sent Ideal Supply two replacement parts for free and I was able to fix the light! I have definitely returned to them for other things since then.”

“Had a hitch installed and the wiring was backwards. When I used my left blinker the right blinker on the trailer went on. The GM and technician were very patient while checking out the issue and troubleshooting the issue. It turns out the kit came incorrectly wired from the manufacturer and needed to be spliced and rewired. The tech did all of this between appointments and without charging me. Great customer service. Highly recommend.”
