“Recently my brother passed away. Now dealing with his estate, his main bank was Collingwood Meridian. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly. She was 100% and beyond of “ helpful “. Thank goodness she was able to help me. Definitely would give a 10 star if I could. Unlike Scotia Bank Wasaga Beach, where he only had an LOC and a credit card. Now do you think anyone ( especially Ted Dean and manger (helga/holga?? Couldn’t understand her name on her voicemail that I called 4 times as well as Ted’s ,min 6 times. Ted called me back after two months, to say someone would contact me in next couple days. No one ever called me back, even 5 months later. I was able to finally pay his debts, with NO HELP AT ALL from them. My personal opinion is to stay away from Scotia Wasaga Beach, due to my experience. If you want personized service with people that actually have intelligence and customer/ member respect!!! I strongly advise Meridian Credit Union Collingwood ,Ontario. I’ve been a member for at least past 40yrs. All new faces, so they didn’t remember me from the past ( unlike Scotia) but still treated me as I was a “someone “ Even though I don’t have an overly amount of funds on deposit!!! They still treat me like I do have. Kudos to Meridian. I also must add, that in the end. Jennifer was super helpful in the conclusion of my brothers estate.
