Amber from blue mountain Chrysler saved me huge. She informed me that I had a bunch of oil changes and tire rotations that I had not used yet. 100% recommend this team.

This dealer should receive a zero star for service. Purchase rust proof warranty from Chrysler and needed a small speck of rust to be looked after. Over one year we are waiting for the repair which now the rust has taken over the whole panel. Their answer: We have you on the list. Do not purchase rust proofing where you have to go to this dealer. Now we will have to pay to get this fixed over and above what was paid already and still have to wait for their next excuse. Stay as far away as you can.

Arrived at the “Service Drive Thru” and sat to await the door to open. Door didn’t open and the two young ladies inside stopped their conversation momentarily to look at me then went back to their chat. So I got out of my vehicle and went inside. I asked Jaime about the “drive thru” and was told “no it isn’t one”. Ok then. Provided my details for my 1pm vehicle recall appointment. I also asked about getting an oil change while I was there. After asking the cost I was informed it was “about $125”. I expressed that it seemed pretty expensive. I asked how much oil in my 2023 5.8L Ram Sport GT and was told 4L. Clearly Jaime was guessing. Then the two young ladies went back and forth and discussed it for a minute or so before the other vehicle jockey expressing that she thought it was about 7L. Then the Jaime the service advisor confidently told me it was 7L - like I wasn’t actually present for the other conversation. I let her know that Ram had sent me oil coupons. I was told that the dealership “doesn’t have them” and asked me to email them to her what I had, which I did. When I collected my vehicle later that day I was informed by Jaime that “the coupon had to be printed” and that it wasn’t applied. When I explained that I had sent it via email as you requested and perhaps you could have printed it or when you called me to advise the truck was ready that I should print and bring with me. So I didn’t get the coupon value, I asked. “No sorry”, she said. Jaime was always very pleasant and polite, but somewhat out of touch. It’s my first time coming to your dealership. I like to support local but I must say, I found the customer exchange a bit bizarre and certainly didn’t feel valued. Also perhaps you can ask your vehicle lockers to kindly put the seat back in its original position rather than having the owner proceeding to smash their legs into the steering column upon entry, as the seat was right up at the windshield. Thanks!
