Can't stand this bank, was in on Nov 10 and not a single employee was wearing a poppy despite all of the Remembrance day promo posters all over. Secondly, you can never park in their parking lot, always jammed and noone in the bank.Lastly, this bank has twice offered me a promotion on credit cards. They ask "would you like to upgrade your cc"? You say yes, they only apply for you and both times rejected. I don't understand why they would ask if they know you don't qualify, 2 times they have dinged my cesdit score and they don't care. The tellers have no clue what they are doing and have 0 knowledge on anything the bank actually does. Switching banks for sure!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Might be changing banks at this point just to sheer lack of customer appreciation.

Worst service ever. Employees literally have zero clue what to do....My wife started a account in there. Had to visit branch twice for same document verification. Even after that account is not fixed. No communication from branch side. No answer to the phone. Now they want us to visit account again for document verification again. Worst BMO branch ever.

Deserves 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone and always give a run around for what should be straight forward. Why would I want to make an appointment for next week to make a bank account when I’m standing in front of you? Switched to RBC and was treated like the customer actually mattered.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Never answer the phone and won't give me my car loan balance over the phone and have never gotten back to me regarding an rrsp. Terrible service for a small town.

Went in five times regarding a straightforward matter. Policy seems to be no access to the branch manager even when tellers have no clue how to help. Awful.

Transferred over to BMO and found it severely lacking. Mortgage advisor had no idea what she was talking about and the bank manager never reached back out to us when we left our name and number for a call back. Unprofessional to say the least. Will not refer anyone to BMO let alone that branch.

This bank is an absolute joke. Any questions I have asked they give vague answers with lack of information. Once my issues with this bank are done I will happily be moving to another bank

Every single experience at this bank has been pleasant and professional. The online options are also really good with great security options.I also notice that they have employed Sharron Sutherland as their assistant Manager who is exceptional to say the least. I have never had such horrible experiences until having to use this branch. Me and my children have been completely disrespected on every occasion inside this Branch! I don't reccomend ever to anyone!

In an attempt to find the name of the branch manager, I found the whole process discouraging. I left two voicemails which were not replied to. The online process of banking is impersonal & complex. I am considering investing my funds elsewhere.
