Had a terrible experience during my visit to the store yesterday. The person behind the counter was rude and did not want to help me.All I needed was a key fob battery, I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary.Take your business elsewhere if you can.

Had to purchase a windshield wiper. The store employees were so friendly and helpful. A young gentleman came out to double check our wipers to ensure compliant fit. We had a new wiper installed by him within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this professional neat, clean and organized store. Happy they were open on a Saturday morning before we embarked on a long trip!

I buy my wiper blades here as they’re the only one that I know that the price includes installing them. This service is great for someone who can’t figure how to even to take old wipers off. I got lucky as the blades were on sale. Bought my car battery here as well

Great and friendly staff!!! If they don't have the part you are looking for within their store, nearby store or warehouse they will go above and beyond to source the part if they can get their hands on it!!

The woman behind the counter was so knowledgeable and explained in plain wording, how my air conditioning works and the 3 common problems that could be checked from the least expensive possibility to the most. Darlin' you were 100% accurate...the unit needed charging! I'm certainly appreciating the cool temps during this humid weather. I will be visiting again and look forward to your wisdom and sensibility.

Placed a paint order Friday around 2 pm. Asked the guy when it would be ready for pick up. Tells me they have 24 hours to get it ready. I asked him if it would be ready for pick up Sat. pm. he says yes. So prep everything up. No phone call, Call Carquest no answer. Check the website to find out they close Sat. at noon. Apparently he missed the class on communication.
