The employee for Humpty Dumpty squatted on the floor blocking entrance to the cashier. When politely asked to move, he refused and spoke gruffly to me like I was putting him out. Had to wait till he was finished. Shouldn't have been done when there was a line up. Said he's worked there for years, med height, glasses and cap. Extremely unprofessional. Should be reprimanded or fired with that attitude.

Has to be the worst Dollarama I’ve ever been to. Only one cashier at all times, and it’s like pulling teeth for them to call for backup.
Constant line ups, they need a self checkout desperately. Revolving door of employees.. not surprising considering the awful management.
Place needs a huge revamp of management and staff, and how things are run. I’d honestly stop shopping here if it wasn’t my only option for a Dollarama.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Collingwood. Cash is always understaffed, horrendous lines, no self check. Appears customers are an after thought

This is an awesome Dollarama. Huge store and well stocked. You find things you can't get anywhere else. Love that Home Sense is right next door too. I can do all my shopping in 1 stop

What can you say? It's a dollar store where almost nothing is a dollar anymore! Most things are made in China, you get what you pay for.
