Great location, great program, very digestible amounts of work. Rapid changes in activities makes time fly. All the employees are real / down to earth and inspiring. Highly recommend.

I love F45 blue mountain! The trainers are all so encouraging and fun to workout with. The whole environment is very empowering and supportive, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. Previously my fitness regime was mostly yoga + walking.. and I have loved integrating F45 into my routine!!
