Great experience at Georgian Audio Video. I was in to buy a TV and I was given great service, and had all my questions answered. I appreciated that the sales person was non-pushy, and he also gave me honest and objective advice about products that wouldn’t be the right fit for me. I’ll be back!

Excellent service from the sales and installation perspective. Working with Moe and Alwyn, the sales and support are all about customer first. They know and stand behind their products. For the installation, Ron and Cody were amazing. They were very respective of our home, did a great job on the install and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. I recommend this team to anyone looking for new audio/video needs.

Alwyn is the man! He got me set up with an affordable option to get all the speakers running in my house. We used a Yamaha RX-V6 with a RUSSOUND switcher and it does everything I need it to. Fairly simple to hook up yourself, I did run into a small issue and Alwyn was glad to FaceTime me on a Sunday and sort it out quick!

We bought a TV from Georgian a few years ago and have been very happy with the support. Today I couldn’t find the remote (another story!) so I called and spoke to Alwyn who advised I would need to order a new one from Bell. However in the meantime he walked me through setting up the Samsung remote so that I could use it to get all my regular channels and PVR. It was an arduous process (my fault!) but he was extremely patient and coached me through it. I am very appreciative of the service provided. (I found the remote later).

I was looking for a NAD C316 BEE V2 and I was disappointed with many of the unprofessional responses I was getting along with backordered stock.I contacted Georgian AV and chatted with MO! He was extremely friendly and responsive to my request. He so happened to have a few and arranged the transaction with simplicity. Fantastic service and I will certainly look them up again in the future

We would like to commend Geogian AV for quality service from beginning to end. Mo made the purchase easy and Cody went ‘above & beyond’ with the service/install and translated what could have been complicated with Sonos equipment into simple layman terms.

I went to this store due to B&W dealership and closer to my home. Very professional only in talks but don’t care attitude on client satisfaction..my cleaning of basement finish got pushed only by a week on their scheduled date 2 months back appointment and even though I was ready to pay extra to get it done after a week after buying 22k of equipment from them they didn’t care but gave me 6 weeks later date(we had family commitment in summer). Not for people who are new clients to them as they are very successful with clients they seem either biased to take care or too busy and will not give you time. No respect on relationship.. On contrary got another professional company non local to come and they did only for client relationship within 2 days of my ask and they are also 30 years plus company but cared clients accommodation when required when I didn’t buy any equipment from them.. so not recommend them as they may lot of clients and will only talk polish to sell stuff but won’t care client relationship when you need locally done .. won’t go again..
