Wow! Couldn't get my licence plates off my car when I needed to renew them. Service Ontario agent kindly suggested I try a dealership. Drove my VW to Hanna Ford Motors in Collingwood, since there is no VW dealer here, and Jamie Hanna came out and wrestled the screws off -- despite the fact they were rusted and we couldn't get a grip on them. He then found new bolts, put the old plates back on the car so I could drive back to Service Ontario, then offered to tighten the bolts for me once I had the new plates -- and he did! Fantastic and kind help even though I was not a customer. I will be for my next vehicle!

Called for service on a 2yr old ranger purchased from this dealer. Wanted cost to service breaks vehicle has done 34k to keep everything working well given our winters I like them to be stripped and cleaned and pins related to save future headaches down the road. The lady was unable to give a cost without seeing vehicle asked to book it in to receive cost and she hung up the phone. Just another ignorant badly trained staff member with zero customer service skills. My advice avoid this place for service like the plague, go to masters mechanic they seem to no more about fords products than the dealership, with a customer service set up that out performs the idiot I spoke regarding knowledge and politeness that the lady I spoke to would never achieve in a lifetime. Finally in 6 more months we will change the ranger we were going to get the new model but after this experience Toyota it is, congratulations ford your dealers are excelling themselves at driving customers to other brands.

I have never had an experience with this dealership that has proved to be fruitful or pleasant.Upon conversations with friends and acquaintances I have found others very dissatisfied with this dealership.As a Ford owner I find it unusual that I cannot come in and get an oil change outright denial of an oil change by a Ford authorized dealer

I've had great service. Matt at the service counter was very helpful and accommodating when I needed a fairly major engine repair done well beyond the warranty period. You may have to wait a bit for your service needs as they are fairly busy but is likely worth it. Even their over the counter parts pricing seems to be better than some other dealerships. I would advise checking the OEM price for parts here before buying at an aftermarket location

I thought mechanics were supposed to make sure car is "safe" after any sort of repair or work done, but guess its all momey not actual effort beyond whats on ther workorder. they do my brakes and tye rod make me pay 1000$ then hand me back a car that swings all over the road when i pass 40km/hr. Great thanks... way to do the allignmemt( like asked) or even fixing the ball joint that was the issue before hamdimg bacl a hazardous car ?

I had my truck booked for in a harsh transmission shifting issue so I dropped it off the night before for service. During the day the loaner vehicle I had from my neighbour needed to be returned to the owner by 12pm. Around 11am I called Hanna's explaining the situation as I was in a pinch. Service Advisor said the truck was scheduled to be looked at for 1pm but said he would see what could be done. He called back within 30 minutes saying the truck was fixed ready for pickup now. I got the loaner returned to the neighbour in time and picked up my truck right after. Stellar service and the problem has been fixed!

I got a very low trade in value for my beautiful Ranger & my Explorer.After losing my husband a week before - NO deals at all.Bought an Escape.Less than a month later, it’s in for a NEW motor.Spoke with Scott who did NOTHING at all about this.!!!!!!!!
