They were friendly and it seems like they did a really nice job, i booked an undercoating. they sprayed up into all the body plugs and door plugs and replaced all my old cracking plugs, my window cranks up smoother now so you know there not stingy on the product and It was affordable

My mother brought her vehicle in last month and was very happy with the customer service and care of her vehicle. She was shown pictures of the underside of her vehicle which was well serviced by Krown.

Dropped my car off in the morning so I wouldn’t miss work, later in the day I call the guy at 11:59 and he tells me he’s finished my car and it’s ready for pickup I just started lunch so told him I can be there in 10 minutes if that works for him he said “yup, I’ll see you then” I then get a ride from a co worker to grab my car and when I got there in under 10 minutes the guy already took off for lunch and locked up, which I get it I was on lunch and he needs a lunch too, but him wasting my time left me with a bad taste. I was able to go again later and get my car before close but the guy didn’t seem to care when I mentioned it to him he just said “oh sorry I didn’t hear you over the phone” and “yeah I take an hour lunch from 12:00-1:00”. Overall I think I’ll look for other options next time!

The service was quick - done in about 15 minutes.
They do have to drill a few holes in the door frames to spray inside the car body, and this may sound scary. The interior is actually one of the most important areas to spray for rust, since the body often rusts inside-out, so it's worthwhile. They plug the holes afterwards, so they won't cause any harm.
They say that the sprayed areas will drip for 24 hours or so afterwards, but in my case, I didn't notice any drips or puddles. My vehicle has underbody skid plates though, so that may be a contributing factor. I'd recommend parking your vehicle on the street or in a nearby parking lot for a day or two afterwards, just in case.
