The delivery went smooth. They arrived at the time quoted through email. Driver (Joe) made sure to put down a moving blanket at my entrance for their feet. The 2 chairs were unboxed outside and then the chairs were carefully carried in and assembled, once in place the features were fully explained by Joe to me. When they left the packaging was hauled. Both driver and passenger were very professional and friendly I will recommend Leons Collingwood to all my friends and Family

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every question I had was answered completely and the salesman took their time to show me details of their products even though they knew we weren't planning to buy that day.

I would recommend Leon’s Collingwood for the great customer service. The only issue we had is you have to buy appliances sight unseen except for pictures unless you are buying the exact appliance that is a floor model. So when you actually get your appliances it is a surprise to what you are getting, other then that so far so good and the appliance look great, hope they last.

We ordered a sofa back in July. We were told it would be delivered in 3 weeks.
Unfortunately due to the rail strike it was then delayed. No one's fault at all. Completely understandable. They told us someone would contact us when it came in and delivery would be arranged.
So today ( Oct. 18, 2024)
My partner calls, and they said it had been delivered. Not so. Once they looked into it, our sofa is still there.
Delivery date in now scheduled for October 26th 2024.
We understand things happen, but this is rather ridiculous.
Not even any compensation.
Last purchase from Leon's.

I'm not sure how I feel about Leon's in general, but the Collingwood Leon's is built different. I bought several pieces of furniture here for my rental unit and for myself and there's nowhere better to buy if you want decent quality, great prices and warranties that are worth getting. Michael actively listened to what I was looking for and put in the work to find me the best items for the best price. It felt like we were a team working together instead of your standard customer/salesperson relationship. Highly recommend.

Michael helped me find the furniture that fit my needs. He was patient and asked questions to clarify which couch and chair would fit my living space. The men who delivered the furniture were kind, quick and professional. Overall great experience!

We were told to come pick up our order Thursday. No one would answer the phone. We drove to Collingwood for pick up and our items were not there. They had two days to call us and they never did. One week later the order was in. We arrived shortly after 5:00pm and Micheal told us that they don’t do pick ups after 5:00pm. They did find our order but Micheal was very rude and made us feel insignificant. Two nice men helped us load our truck. Overall from the ordering process to pick was a very bad experience. We will never shop at this store again.
