We were referred by a family friend to Michael C. at the Collingwood Leon’s when it came time to furnish our cottage in Meaford. Upon meeting Michael, we instantly hit it off and he was honest and candid in every question we had. He listened to any concern we had (even the ones asked by my kids) and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. If it was something we didn’t like, he didn’t push. He helped us narrow the list and started us showing all the options that met our criteria. He would demonstrate the versatility of the products, and when we had the rare question that he couldn’t answer – he would quickly go and do the research to get is the info. We picked out several products and he made sure to get us the very best price for everything combined. We would come in a few times after that, and we added a bit more to the order. Michael still managed to get us a great price, and coordinate the delivery with the existing order. After making our deposit, Michael made sure to keep in touch with us and give us updates.As we got closer to the delivery date, we went in to look at getting a TV. Michael wasn’t there and the rest of the team was just as good. We asked about our existing order, and there was an issue with what was expected with the delivery. The manager, Scott R. called us personally told us that one of the beds were damaged at the warehouse. While we knew this was not their fault, we told Scott that this caused us an issue because it meant we were without sleeping arrangements. Scott was proactive enough to already have a solution to deliver a temporary bed frame along with the rest of the sets, so that my son would have a place to sleep. We really appreciated the fact that Scott had a solution!The delivery date came, and there were a lot of different pieces that came in the truck and they did the move and set up. While the delivery guys were bringing things in, they had no problem pausing to move the truck to make sure any neighbours could easily get out their own cars when needed. During the delivery there was one nightstand that was damaged in the back. The delivery guys understood that we did not want to accept that piece, and did not try to force it on us. They took it back without any dispute. Unfortunately, the delivery guys damaged one of the walls and so we took pictures (and so did the delivery guys). We got in touch with the appropriate department and we were told of the process to make a claim on the repair. Once we provided the needed info, Nikita L was quick to respond and to address the matter to our complete satisfaction.We are now awaiting the delivery of the replacement nightstand and the permanent bedframe in the coming weeks. We also have been compensated for the damage to the wall. The experience at Leon’s Collingwood has been exemplary from Day 1 and they have taken care of us like we were VIP customers. They have shown that they want us to be satisfied with our purchases and we have definitely become long-term customers. Leon’s Collingwood is now our first stop for any purchases!

We had a small dent the guys could barely see in th pics, but they totally showed me a small dent and reported it while dropping my washer and dryer off! Many would try to keep it quiet and sneak away before you see! He told me I could call in and claim the dent, and I may have a refund coming to me, even if it’s small it’s nice to know!The guys were really nice and delivery was much sooner than I expected! They managed to squeeze me in today instead of tomorrow and they showed up fairly early!

My boyfriend and I visited the collingwood location looking for a TV. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman Kevin Wells. He went above and beyond with astonishing customer service. Explained the pros and warranty with a certain TV he helped us chose. He helped us get the TV into the car and was all around a very friendly and knowledgeable associate. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future and asking for his assistance again!

I can’t say enough about the girls at Leon’s Service Department, they are all so very courteous and understanding, especially Nikita! She went above and beyond to solve my problem with an adjustable bed. Her patience, professionalism and assistance is above and beyond. She gets the job done!

Had a very nice British man, named Kevin, sell me a good TV for a great price. I was able to get extended warranty based on the low price too. I'm covered for the next 5 yrs. Good customer service and a good price makes my day. Thanks Kevin.?

We have always received great service from our Collingwood Leon's but after today I will be upgrading my satisfaction from "great" to "exceptional". We purchased all our appliances during a, don't pay a cent event, in 2015 while we were building our new home. They let us take advantage of the sale even though we couldn't commit to a delivery date because our builder kept pushing out our move in date. The appliances sat in their warehouse for 6 months before we could finally take delivery. We purchased the extended warranty which expired in 2021. The ice maker on our fridge has acted up over the years and we made a couple of warranty calls on it which fixed the problem temporarily. Our warranty has expired but the problem is back again so we decided to live without the ice maker rather than incur the cost of fixing what seems to be an unfixable problem. It turns out many people have had the same experience and filed a class action lawsuit against Samsung. I decided to call them yesterday to see what my chances were to get them to cover it. To my surprise Samsung agreed to repair it at no cost but they needed a copy of my original proof of purchase. I was not able to locate it in my files and I thought I would try calling Leon's to see if they could help. I spoke with Amanda and she asked for some details about timing and the phone number I would have left on record. The files were archived but she said she would see what she could do. In less than a half hour, she called me back saying she located the receipt and emailed it to me! Thank you Amanda! I have forwarded it to Samsung and I am awaiting their service call. You have secured our business for life. See you next time.

I went into Leon's Collingwood to purchase a bed frame and mattress.I was greeted by Michael and he dealt with me to the very end of the sale.He was very friendly and personable, I only deal with Beautyrest and he guided me to Tempurpedic who I have bought pillows and a mattress topper but never steered away from Beautyrest when buying a mattress. I was immediately surprised that I liked the Tempurpedic, Michael seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was picking the best mattress for my health.I had to choose a payment plan and he guided me through the process easily, making sure that he went over each cost and that the monthly payments were attainable for my budget.Michael is very friendly, personable, I never felt pressured to buy something that I truly didn't want or need.I would highly recommend this store and will go back for future purchases when I need something. Make sure you ask for Michael when you enter the store!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I cannot say enough about the Leon's Collingwood team! I moved to the area and immediately needed some furnishings for my home. Their store manager (I believe it was Scott), immediately offered to help me with a bed frame purchase and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. He also answered my initial questions about a sofa set and (recognizing that I was in a hurry), invited me to come back during their next VIP event the following week. His approachability, pleasant demeanour and helpfulness are the reasons I decided to return.When I did, I was introduced to Michael, who made the process of purchasing a Decor-Rest set easy and enjoyable! He was informative, helpful, patient and funny. He allowed me the time to ask questions, take home samples, ask more questions and ultimately make a decision that I felt extremely comfortable with. Never once did I feel rushed or silly for being indecisive or nervous about my choices. He even ensured that my little guy was occupied and having fun during our time there, so that I could focus on my purchase. (To this day, my son still asks if we can go back to Leon's!)As it got down to choosing between two fabrics for one of my pieces, Morgan was also solicited to offer her opinion and took the time to help me make a decision that I am very happy with.Moving to a new town is overwhelming enough, but I honestly felt like I was dealing with friends when making a decision to purchase my amazing Decor-Rest set! Michael even followed-up with a call to let me know when my furniture would arrive, and on the day of, I was able to track the delivery team so I could be present exactly when they arrived. The delivery team was also courteous, pleasant and helpful.All around a very positive experience with Leon's Collingwood. Thank you for making a big purchase, a pleasant one.

Don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received at Leon’s Collingwood was beyond amazing. Dan Smith is the MAN. I was in the market for a new TV and didn’t really know where to start. Dan was very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the different features. He took his time to go through all the different models and was able to answer all my many questions above and beyond of what was expected. Could not have asked for better customer service! Will be coming back to Leon’s Collingwood when I need to upgrade my appliances in the near future!
