While I generally believe in supporting the dealer you buy your car from, to date I am disappointed in the service at Mike Jackson. Regular service appointments are ok but there is no attempt to go above and beyond- - unlike another dealer I have dealt with who always washed your car after servicing and had a driver to pick you up and take you home on long appointments. On a recent servicing, when I stated I would like to think about a suggested expensive procedure- on a 3-year-old car- the service person turned surly. And this week, when requesting an emergency repair on a leaky tire before I travelled to the city- I did not get a promised call back and it took 3 angry messages and 2 days before someone finally got back to me. And then I was told it would be several weeks before they could look at the tire. This is not 5 star service.

Brought my Yukon in to be maintenance. Guys found things for me that I didn’t know were wrong but safety required. Phoned and let me know problems and fixed them. I really appreciate the extra eye open for things that might have been a bigger problem down the road. Prompt work and excellent communication. Thanks Dave and all the guys and gals in the service department.
