We have been with National bank for the past 3 years and it has been nothing but disappointing. Haley is absolutely wonderful, she helped us tremendously when we first went to get our mortgage. Everyother person we have encountered has not been. We emailed the branch manager when we first had an issue with the mortgage specialist and never got a reply. Now 3 years later, we're trying to refinance with a different lender, the team at NBC have been delaying the whole process due to a discharge statement, which according to them "take weeks to get done" which is just simply not true. A few days, sure but not weeks. Disappointing and overall very frustrating. We won't be working with NBC ever again or recommending to anyone we know.Update: I've emailed the email listed below and have not received an answer. I was hoping to be able to update with a positive outcome but that hasn't been the case.

Been with then for over 20 years and switched to TD theyve made errors on several occasions that caused payments to bounce and even deposited my cheque in someone else's account more than once its mistake after mistake the app seems to to have technical problems on a very regular basis

Haley(an adviser) from the collingwood branch is amazing, I’ve had a stressful couple weeks dealing with some issues between my car dealership and the bank and decided to call my local branch to see if they could help and she went over and above for me and put my mind at ease. Only doing 4 stars as the general customer service line has been no helpFor weeks before this.

The Staff are very helpful. The bank is alway clean and tidy.
