“After a third-party retailer tinted my Cabot stain the wrong colour and refused to help, I was sent to Sherwin-Williams. Three stores later, I still had no solution.
As a last attempt, I stopped by the Sherwin-Williams in Collingwood and met Elaine. She listened to my situation, explained how stain tinting works, and said she'd give it a shot. When I came back 30 minutes later, she and Lucas had successfully matched all three cans to the exact colour I wanted.
