Rogers Collingwood store deserves a full 5 stars for their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in Kaity made me feel like the number one priority, she walked me through some of Rogers great offers and I felt like she truly cared about me saving money on my monthly plan. I walked in a customer of bell and left a new customer of Rogers for my mobile services. Smooth switch and highly recommend.

I currently live in Toronto and wait for my visits home to Collingwood for the exceptional experience I always get at this Roger’s location. Kaity made upgrading to the newest iPhone an absolute breeze. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question and guiding me to a plan that’s perfect for my needs. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and enjoyable—so much so that I brought my dad in to upgrade his phone as well! Kaity’s professionalism, expertise, and friendly approach made all the difference. I left with the most beautiful iPhone, a great plan and feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend Kaity and the entire team at this location for anyone looking to upgrade!

ROGERS IS BULLYING CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY SENIORS!!
Been Rogers TV customer for 4 years, using their TV service for my brother in Long Term Care.
Rogers recently advised by phone that his tv receiver (which was owned, not rented) “was no longer supported” & would be discontinued soon. I tried to verify with Rogers support tech who advised, in writing, that his service would not be stopped if his account was up to date, which it is, paid automatically.
5 days later Rogers stopped providing TV service, forcing us to upgrade to unwanted “Infinite TV” service including added monthly equipment rental!! There is no other cable company in his area, which allows Rogers to bully customers with no CRTC penalty. Shame on Rogers!!

Thank you Beth for your help in setting up our phones with Roger’s. Although we signed up over the phone Beth helped us connect with the last 2 steps … so pleasant and knowledgeable. .. no financial benefit to the store except knowing she had helped a new customer!

My friend and I have been to the Collingwood location a couple of times in the last week and can't say enough about how helpful, kind and efficient the staff have been. We were greeted and served immediately. I highly recommend them.
