I want to start off and say this is not my usual branch however I decided to go for convenience as I was in collingwood already. I have never had a problem with scotiabank but im very displeased with how I was treated at this location. I'm a young woman with piercings and tattoos and dyed hair and was profiled as a "Sketchy person" because I was depositing my paycheck for the month, my account was frauded shortly after and when I spoke with them about it they told me I shouldn't be depositing a large sum of money like that when i look the way I do. If it were up to me the teller would have lost her job imidiatly. Definitely will NOT be going back to this branch again!

I’ve been with Scotiabank since day 1. Went to get a fee reversed, and was given attitude and told that it wasn’t possible. I then proceeded to call the main line with the same request. It was done in 5 minutes and the fee was reversed no problem. The managers and tellers at this location are seriously making me consider switching banks.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Brenda Gill. My husband had recently passed away and I was overwhelmed with trying to sort through so many things. Even though she was extremely busy due to a shortage of staff she spent so much time helping me. She was so kind and compassionate.

We switched from TD to Scotiabank and sometimes I find it very frustrating to go in and find a huge line for the tellers and usually there may be only 2 or 3 which seems like a lot but not when you have about 15 people waiting to be served.We are happy with our choice just sometimes the waiting piece gets old

Unprofessional staff, the team members are not aware of how to handle customer issues. Waste of time and energy dealing with this branch. Go for other branches and save your time by not visiting this branch (Not able to close my credit account, even after I handed over my credit card)

This is my home branch and was able to recall a payment in five minutes when it took an entire day with my local branch at Keele & Lawrence where they didn't have a clue what they were doing or didn't want to. Was told that "any" branch could have done this transaction. What a difference, thank you Susan and staff for your help.

I only go into the bank when I can't do something online or at the ATM. I wanted some details about a product today. I walked in and there was one teller open, the line was to the doors and the sign on the customer service desk said to get in the teller line. I left.

Called around 6-7 different branches and direct contacts that were supposed to be better. Didn't get through a single one. 20mins of typing numbers into a bot and then it hangs up. This branch won't pick up the phone nor answer their emails. Switch banks.

Poor service. They were not able to help me with my request and I had to call the customer service agent to help me solve the issue with my credit card. Never visiting this branch again.
