We switched from TD to Scotiabank and sometimes I find it very frustrating to go in and find a huge line for the tellers and usually there may be only 2 or 3 which seems like a lot but not when you have about 15 people waiting to be served.We are happy with our choice just sometimes the waiting piece gets old

This is my home branch and was able to recall a payment in five minutes when it took an entire day with my local branch at Keele & Lawrence where they didn't have a clue what they were doing or didn't want to. Was told that "any" branch could have done this transaction. What a difference, thank you Susan and staff for your help.

I only go into the bank when I can't do something online or at the ATM. I wanted some details about a product today. I walked in and there was one teller open, the line was to the doors and the sign on the customer service desk said to get in the teller line. I left.

Called around 6-7 different branches and direct contacts that were supposed to be better. Didn't get through a single one. 20mins of typing numbers into a bot and then it hangs up. This branch won't pick up the phone nor answer their emails. Switch banks.

Unprofessional staff, the team members are not aware of how to handle customer issues. Waste of time and energy dealing with this branch. Go for other branches and save your time by not visiting this branch (Not able to close my credit account, even after I handed over my credit card)

Poor service. They were not able to help me with my request and I had to call the customer service agent to help me solve the issue with my credit card. Never visiting this branch again.

I don't know how many years it's been, but as of Aug 21, 2023 this drive thru abm is still defective. At times it takes your money, shuts down and you have to go inside and speak to an advisor if it's during business hours. Sometimes even the ones inside do the same thing. This is completely unacceptable and I'm done with banking here. I suggest if you're able to, take your banking needs to another institution that actually cares about servicing and maintaining their machines.. Goodbye Scotiabank Collingwood.

I'm not actually sure why this branch even exists. You can never get an actual person, you go to call centre and they don't have any specifics for your local needs. If by some miracle you do get a Collingwood Scotia employee, the service is pathetic and they don't really do anything for you. I have yet to have a positive interaction with this bank.Run clear, go digital banking, this brick and mortar serves no value.

I was left with the impression that my money is not enough to invest and it was not worth the time of the advisor. I was told I would receive a follow up email with an in person appointment, which never happened. Apparently unless I have half a million to start with, no one has the time of day to speak with me. This Scotiabank is only willing to provide service to the rich. Middle class has no place with this bank.
