my visit started off great. Eoin fixed my bindings on my snowboard and helped me and my entire family find accessories for our snowboard trip. however, as i was walking towards my dad standing in the apparel section, i saw this lady (see picture) about to walk in front of me so i say “oops sorry just gonna squeeze by!” and as i walk past her, under her breath she says something along the lines of “you say sorry but you still cut me off” and rolled her eyes. Shauna, the attitude is so extremely unnecessary as a 60 year old woman working in customer service. if you dont like your job… quit! there is no need to have such a disgusting demeanour. i hope you reteach yourself manners and that you had the day you deserve. thanks everyone else!

Have purchased skis last year and new ski boots this year. The service provided by the knowledgeable, friendly staff is outstanding. We worked with Kevin to fit new ski boots and he new his stuff and made excellent recommendations.

First time ever at Sporting Life in Collingwood. Getting back into skiing again, had not done so since High School.Liam on their staff, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in educating me and assisting in picking out a good set of Skis at a very decent price. The manager and cashier were also friendly. I just had a very good vibe when in the store and will return for future Skiing needs.

Sporting Life has been my " Go To " store for over 30 years ( since they opened )I have bought many items ( mostly ski equipment and clothing ) for my familyAnd have had almost no returns.Their products work and great prices too The staff has always been EXCELLENT.Toronto wouldn't be Toronto without Sporting Life .
