No hello, no “can I help you with anything,” no goodbye. Would have been great to get some assistance today as opposed to having 5 staff members sitting around the bar and chatting amongst themselves.

Stumbled on Squire John's website when looking to buy my first snowboard.I spoke with Nate multiple times. He was super knowledgeable and answered the million questions I had.I was set up an incredible snowboard and binding package and couldn't be happier!The incredible service, fast shipping & great deals from Squire John confidently lets me say you should not buy your snowboard from anywhere else.Thanks for making buying my first snowboard that much of a better process!You guys are awesome!

Shane helped me with a full touring setup and couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to walk me through my options, he was extremely knowledgeable and ultimately I bought everything I needed (my intention was to shop around, but didn’t think I needed to in the end). Couldn’t be happier with the equipment and the price, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome!! I came in for tune up on my skis and they were so kind and efficient. I picked them up 2 hours later good as new.They also helped me pick out the perfect gift for my friend. Very nice and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!!

We have been skiing the world for 60 years now. One thing we know is a quality ski shop. There are lots of shops around but not too many with top tier products along with truly knowledgeable and experienced staff. Squire John's is just such a place. Thanks Nate, for sorting out issues with my new boots. Had a great day on the slopes.

In my 25 years of skiing, I have never had a boot actually fit my far-from-average foot conformation and calves!!! I came into the Blue Mountain store multiple times and was helped by all the employees working the boot section, definitely a team that works well together. They were all friendly, enjoyable to converse with, and established a great rapport and trust in their services. They were able to find a boot that fit me best in a fair budget, and then alterations were made on the spot with no pushback (and no extra costs). The service department was able to mount my skis (bought at 50% during their summer tent sale) with bindings to fit the boots in less than 24 hours, despite how busy they were. I was on the hill that next day and I've never skied more comfortably and confidently. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great customer service. Bought a board last year and they set it up for me and gave me free wax. It recently got damaged but Mark was able to complete a warranty exchange for me.

At their summer sale. I was helped by one of their people with a snowboard and bindings. The bindings were for burton boards only, so they needed to be changed out. When I went to the store this week. It was bring them in we'll swap them out. The problem happened at the till. They ended up not doing a swap, but an upgrade. I had to pay the difference between the saie price and the current new price for the bindings. It was their mistake in the first place. So they can now sell the returned bindings at full price making even more money. Disappointed!Appreciate the response. Thank you!

Squire John's is great. The service is exceptional. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are well stocked with all the newest equipment. It's by far the best ski shop in Ontario.
