I have dealt with Stuart Ellis for probably 40 years and always had great service, prescriptions have been there for pick up, the pharmacists were helpful etc. However, these past few years have not been a good experience and have left me frustrated.

I have lost count on how many times now I've tried to refill my prescription with the online form tonight.It used to be fast and easy...something has changed it isn't for the better.Now I am going to have to call tomorrow and hope they will refill both mine and my husband prescriptions without any problems or mix ups!?It is sad to have been with this store for our prescriptions for over 30 years and the service and care just does not exist like it use to.

Unfriendly staff who don’t know what they are doing. Alesha “helped” me by giving me incorrect information on how to get a prescription transferred.

I have been a client of Stuart Ellis for 20 year. I always felt that they were kind and supportive, but for the last 7 months they have effectively been stealing from me. they kept telling me that my insurance coverage had changed and that now my drugs were no longer covere. I took in my insurance card and they said it was accurate. I asked to see a printout from insurance and they showed me one that seemed to indicate that my insurance was covering a small percentage of the fee. Finally I got in touch with my provider who told me that StuartEllis had not submitted any of my claims for 7 months. I had asked them about three or more times. the owner said it was my mistake. who knows how many vulnerable people they are scamming? Go somewhere else

I am sorry to say something has definitely changed with this pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy since 1984 and have always had excellent customer service. If there are new owners now you need to look at your customer service. I stood at the pharmacy counter for 20 min before someone even acknowledged I was there. This was not the first time this happened. I am seriously thinking of changing pharmacies

My elderly Mother and I have been going to IDA for years. It was a really good pharmacy when Chad was the owner. It was timely, organized and easy to speak with someone. The past few months have been horrible. Waiting more than a day for a new script for pain and meds for urgent condition. Standing in line forever if I don't get delivery. Mistakes on my Mom's blister packs. My doc faxes a script and it takes them 2 days to fill it? This is very poor, unprofessional service. I've heard other folks with other pharmacies can get their meds filled in just minutes or a few hours. Here you might wait 1-3 days. We can't wait to switch to another pharmacy. Oh, and their excuse for poor customer service? "we're very busy". Well then hire people! If there is no one to hire, then stop taking on new patients!

Used this pharmacy because it was the closest.They have lost my insurance multiple times since the beginning of 2023, and each time they have blamed me. (to which I have given them my insurance card each and every time) each time they have run and lost it again, I've also had consistent issues with actually getting my prescription, they seem to be unable to locate it at times (because most times it hasn't even been filled even though I phone it in at least a day before and always ask for it to be ready the next day) I also always just get rude vibes from the staff there (except for a few of the younger staff) AND I've had issues with refills, they also once refilled the completely wrong prescription.I've never had the displeasure of dealing with such an unprofessional pharmacy. I will be going elsewhere, regardless of walking time.

I had never seen such a horrible service from a pharmacy before. Last Monday, March 27th, I dropped off a prescription for my 1yo daughter. They said that they would be quicker, once it's an antibiotic compound for a child. They informed that they would be giving me a call when they had the quotation ready (they did on Friday, March 31st). Yesterday, Apr 2nd, I called to follow up, and not only the medicine wasn't ready yet, but the person who answered my call said in a bad tone "WE will give you a call when it's ready, please, wait for our call". I am waiting for 1 week now! This is an antibiotic prescription. This is such a poor and horrible service. I can't even describe. You should be more careful when handling with people's health!

I called for two days about my prescription and they told me they couldn't request a refill so I called my psychiatrist AND family doctor MYSELF to ask for a refill and they gave me e 6 months we'll day two I call IDA and ask AGAIN!! About my prescription and they again tell me it's not on file I've talked to 3 different people at this point to be put on the phone with this one winner who finally tells me my prescription IS IN FACT ON FILE THEN HANGS UP IN MY FACE BOFORE I COULD ASK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED!! I had to call AGAIN and thankfully a helpful gentlemen FINALLY was able to set up my delivery other then that I give this pharmacy a 1/5 horrible customer service.

I have got Rx's here my whole life.It has gone down hill the past 6 months.Hassle for almost every pick up - not ready, ready but can't be located, STILL on order after DAYS.More people work there then I've ever seen before and nobody seems to know how to do anything.Others have had to pay out-of- pocket for Rx's because they've run improper Rx's through and insurance companies won't cover the new ones, and all they said was "can't you see we're busy?"Never ever has it been this CONSISTANTLY bad.
