I did not have a good experience with Crystal Rawn, the Account Manager / Small Business.She stopped communicating with me in regards to a mortgage application, after multiple emails, calls, voicemails, a month later, she said that due to the time gap that I TOOK to communicate with her, and the overwhelming her workload is with other loans, she won’t help me out. I find this extremely unprofessional, wasting my time that way is unacceptable.

The bank teller named JOy is very rude. She was telling me to do everything quickly because there is a long line up.

This bank in Collingwood is horrible for line ups....you need at least 45 mins to stand in line. They have 8 teller booths but usually have 3 tellers max. Very oorr customer experience.

Last week my gf and I visited this branch in Collingwood for the first time to solve some issues with my gf’s bank account. Linda was very friendly, professional and helpful. The manager Mr.Hoffman was nice and helped us to solve the problem. Thank for the great service you guys offered.

The stated "Legendary customer service" at TD does not apply to the Collingwood branch unless it is in reference to legendary horrible customer service....in which case it is completely accurate.

I am in town on vacation, for some odd reason my account has been locked. I’ve been on the phone for almost 2 hours now, so i decided to go to the branch to see what was going on, so i check the hours of operation and it was 8pm, i got there at 6:32pm, but the door was locked. There were 2 employees at the door, the lady told that they had to close early at 6 because of staffing issues. But there are 2 employees at the door for what? Can easily support customers until closing… This company has been so bad at customer service this last couple of years, i will be switching my services in the matter of the next couple of weeks. Starting to get ridiculous.If i could give no stars, i would.

Do not bother to leave a message for this manager at the Collingwood TD Canada Trust Branch --- The Manager does not have the decency to return your call. And while the TD Collingwood's Manager's message says she will call you back--- her actions prove otherwise. FYI; should there have been a true concern stopping her from making a call that day (contrary to her message), her lack of 'reach-out' over the next week proves the true lack of customer care. Customer service starts at the top. Shame!

Scheduled an appointment to do over the phone with a representative. They called me before my appointment, to tell me I can do the same thing with my TFSA through the customer service tele- line. She continued to talk down to me which was rather offensive. I told her that I bank with Collingwood TD, and I prefer to deal with them rather than sit on hold for 2-3 hours. and she continued to waste my time by telling me " it would take the same amount of time with her, as the help line". Not impressed and rather offended. This was not my first appointment of this nature there, but it was my first with that representative.
