Went to the Collingwood location. I had to get a new cellphone and transfer data. Being a bit on the elderly side, I did need help with all of it.I meet with a gentleman by the name of Steve, also a woman named Sue helped out too.They were both very courteous, polite and helpful.They were professional and very well informed.They fixed my cell up quite quickly. It was effortless for them. It would have taken me forever to figure it all out and I would have turned grey.So thank you so much for all you did for me. I had a problem with my iPad mini and had to get it replaced under warranty. Even though this store didn't sell it to me, they patiently assisted by setting up the new one in store as much as they could, until closing. Well done, good crew
