“Recently my truck was stolen. Kell's towing was the ones who recovered it and impounded it on behalf of the OPP who found my truck. I was absolutely loosing my mind as the truck was stolen from my storage lot on the 4th of December (2 weeks ago) and I just found out last night. The truck has since racked up 2 weeks of storage fees, and I thought I was going to have to forfeit my truck. When I called Kell's towing I figured it would be the same as any tow company, where they didn't care if I could afford to get my stolen truck back or not, but to my surprise, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a phenomenal woman named Linda. Let me say, when I say she was a Saint, I mean she was an absolute Saint. When I explained how it was stolen, she reassured me they'd do their best to ensure I got my truck back. I explained how being it was the holidays, I couldn't afford to get it back, let alone do the 3+ hour drive 1 way to come pick it up. Linda was able to help me come up with a plan where I could pay the storage/impound fees and they would deliver my stolen truck back home to me. She along with her colleague Angie worked out a plan to help me pay them the required fees and help get my truck back to me before Christmas. The service they provided me with was just exceptional. Not only that, but Linda took the time to follow up with me a couple times to make sure she could assist me as best as she could. They also told me they could allow me to pay over Etransfer seeing as I live so far from their yard, and my credit card is currently maxed out. If I ever need a tow out in that area, you can bet that thanks to the wonderful service Linda and Angie provided me with, they'll be the one and only call I make. If you ever need a tow out in Collingwood or the local surrounding area, don't hesitate to call this amazing company! I've dealt with a lot of tow companies thru the years but I have to say Kell's towing is probably 1 of 5 or less that I can confidently say ARE NOT crooks. They actually care about the people and their situation, and take good care of your vehicle while towing it. Thank you thank you thank you Linda and Angie for your help. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so friendly, and the locksmith was at my apartment within 15 minutes of calling (honestly maybe even less). I even received a call back from the woman I spoke to letting me know that the locksmith would be arriving quicker than the 30 minutes she initially estimated. The locksmith was super friendly as well. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the whole thing was, considering it was a Saturday night and there was a snow storm. Thanks so much!! ?”
