The team at Train for Life is awesome! They are warm and welcoming :) it doesn’t matter your age or (fitness) stage —they are committed to learning about your fitness challenges and goals and tailoring a program that is highly personalized and attainable! As a postpartum mom who has been away from the gym for awhile, I was nervous to try it out again but coach Braden was so supportive and encouraging, I realized I am capable and stronger than I thought! ?? Go check them out! You will feel better, I promise :)

I met with Braden for my first ever personal training session. Without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into, it far exceeded my expectations! We chatted about my goals and he immediately had a method and structured (but flexible!) practice to get me there. The space has everything you could possibly need for all levels of fitness and for all goals. It’s clear Braden has a passion for what he does and is both motivating and encouraging. While these are early days in my Train For Life experience, I am excited for what is ahead!

Braden Usher is a knowledgeable passionate trainer who very obviously cares about his clients’ results. The gym is located very conveniently in downtown Collingwood and is a beautiful facility full of state of the art equipment. Definitely check out Train For Life if you’re in the Collingwood area and looking for a trainer!

I recently had my first session at Train For Life, set in a beautiful and intimate space. Having trained at CrossFit, various boot camps, and personal training sessions, the coaching from Braden truly stood out. He was very knowledgeable and introduced me to some new (cool!) equipment. I definitely see potential for strength and growth with Braden and Train for Life. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a transformative program to check it out.

I can't say enough good things about Train for Life and Coach Braden! As someone who's been away from fitness due to a long-term illness, stepping back into the gym was daunting. However, my experience with Train for Life and Coach Braden has been amazing.First off, the private training studio is incredible. It's a pristine and private space, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need.Train For Life's program design is incredibly effective and easy to understand. Coach Braden has a talent for breaking down exercises and concepts into easily digestible, manageable steps.Train for Life and Coach Braden have given me the support and encouragement I needed to get back on track with my fitness journey. I'm grateful to have found this space.

Strongly recommend the Discovery program here! I just completed mine. Braden is very approachable and attentitive to your goals and concerns.His approach really helped me improve awareness in my movements and understand how to maximize and efficiently train (so I'm not in the gym for hours!).The equipment is new and the space is inviting. Great personal attention with a great guy, I can't recommend it enough!

I recently completed the Train for Life Transformation program and it was an amazing experience! Coach Braden was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, helping me with my body composition and increasing my energy levels.
