While the store itself is amazing and wonderfully stocked the staff is lazy and pretentious. Items not priced and when asked, it felt like the greatest injustice was ever asked upon. Another employee made you feel as if you were at some high end European store that you needed to wear white gloves while handling items. It left a very distasteful feeling, like I wasn't good enough to be shopping nor asking about the higher ended furniture. It was a ridiculous encounter with these 2 employees.

This is one of the BEST locations around. Love the new store! It's bright and spacious and the selection is amazing. Easy spend 2hrs in here Lol. Excellent staff as well

This is arguably my favourite HomeSense in the county. The selection here is like no other. I don’t know why that is, but that has been my experience every time I have visited here.

This store feels like it belongs in London or LA. I was very impressed with the selection of items, the complimentary displays, and the overall vibe of the store. I love Collingwood, but this place feels much more cosmopolitan. Just browsed through today, but plan on going back to spend some money.

I went to this store location today.
I was with my daughter, my friend and her son. I brought up some items which included a couple books. There were books that were on clearance for $3 with a red sticker so I grabbed a couple. The lady at the cash stared at me and then stared at the red stickers then told me that one book had the right sticker but then the other wasn't the right sku number. She peeled off the sticker then used her scanner to see the price- then said it wasn't working and continued to scrape the sticker off then asked if I am taking it so I asked what it's scanning as and she looks at the sticker with original price and says that- but couldn't even get the scanner to work....
I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed as this issue was not mine- I was simply trying to get this book that this book was I suppose was marked wrong (yet she couldn't confirm that) but then was making me feel so uncomfortable like I did something wrong.
The way I was treated was really uncalled for from this woman. I left confused and embarrassed from something I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have to check the sku?

All I can say is WOW! My partner and I visited this Winners all the way from Vancouver, and let me just say, it did NOT disappoint. When we entered the establishment, we were greeted by warm lighting and a clean, organized store. The beauty section was filled with a wide variety of options that we truly enjoyed. The shoe section presented some fantastic bargains, but unfortunately they lacked in wide fit shoes (my partner has bunions). However, the store redeemed itself with the clothing section. I found a gorgeous dress that I plan on wearing to my child's baptism, and all for the low price of $39.99. You just can't find a deal like that these days, especially with the ridiculous carbon tax in Ontario. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained as well, a staggering difference from the Winners in Vancouver. Overall, I spent quite a bit at this great location, but I am proud to support a local small business in Collingwood. Great job Winners. 10/10.

Merchandise and prices always great. However on my last visit the cashier was miserable. Borderline rude. Seems like he would be happier working in the back rather than face to face w customers. Disappointing
