We planned to renovate 3 bathrooms. After comparing several different shops, we chose AK Trading. Their service was excellent. Shawna was very patient and knowledgeable. We had no idea what vanity we were looking for, but after her recommendations, we quickly found all the materials we needed. Can’t wait to see after installation finsh. I had such a great experience at AK Trading in Vaughan! The customer service was excellent — everyone was kind, patient, and really took the time to help me choose the right items based on my bathroom size and needs. I was so pleased with my first visit that I went back again! I ended up purchasing two vanities, a washroom faucet, shower glass panels, and a bath base. Everything was high quality and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend AK Trading in Vaughan for anyone looking for great products and outstanding service!

Bought a $1650 vanity and the sink had a hairline crack when we opened it. They never gave a proper invoice and now wont exchange or refund it.

I went to the Vaughan store to buy some vanities and a shower door for my basement renovation, and was pleasantly surprised to find they were having a floor model store-closing sale. I ended up getting 2 vanities and 2 shower doors at a fraction of the regular price! Artur was extremely helpful, friendly, and even gave me an additional discount. Great service and amazing deals

Poor customer service. They are really unprofessional and issue a handwritten invoice that we could not use for tax purposes. The staff is really rude!! Do not recommend.
