Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and No Help from ASICS Vaughan Mills or Warranty Team
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the ASICS store in Vaughan Mills and with ASICS warranty support. I bought a pair of ASICS shoes expecting comfort and quality, but after wearing them only a few times, they caused serious pain and swelling in my toes. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive, supposedly high-performance shoe to cause injuries like this.
When I went to the Vaughan Mills store to ask for help, they told me there’s nothing they can do and suggested I contact the ASICS warranty team. I did that — and got the same response. Both the store and the warranty department completely refused to take responsibility or offer any solution.
I’m frustrated and disappointed. I trusted the ASICS brand, but after this experience, I won’t be buying from them again. Terrible customer service and even worse product support.

Not true size , I came to this store and they do not carry Wide Width. The girl said to order online and if it does not fit i can return them. I order it online and tried it and did not fit took it to the store the next day , she said the tags were off and i wear them and can not be return or exchange . Called customer service and they said same thing. I wear size 10 x-wide . I order New balance 608 X-Wide and the fit perfect . Do not try and return or exchange anything at Asics you will be like the answer. I am stuck with a $180 shoe i can not wear. Thanks

Excellent experience at ASICS Vaughn Mills! Our sales associate Shamsul was beyond amazing at his job! He had so much knowledge on every shoe and was able to direct us in what was most fitting for our specific needs! Truly wonderful experience just because of him ! 😃😃😃

I will never purchase Asics shoes again. Not only did my shoes tear after less than 5 months of use, I found that Acics doesn't stand behind their warranty.
Details, purchased a pair of running shoes on 16Nov24 and had them tear along the side where the shoes flex during walking. I didn't wear these through the winter months and yet noticed them tearing (both shoes) in early May. I reached out to Acics in June (after finding my receipt) and was told that they would recommend a shoe worn for for less than 6 months should be replaced. They claim it's not a manufacturing defect to which I disagree as this reflects the selection of poor materials. Don't waste your time or accept their sales pitch that their shoes are warrantied. They dont stand behind their product.

Selection was fine, but rather than help anybody out, the 4-5 sales associates were busy chatting away at cash on a Wednesday afternoon. When I walked in, they stared at me awkwardly without saying anything like I had just walked into their house unexpectedly

I made a purchase on November 22 and had some issues finding my receipt. I called today and spoke with Giselle, who was extremely helpful, kind, and very patient. She helped me out and made the experience smooth and pleasant. The customer service was exceptionally great—thanks to Giselle for making this a great experience.

I purchased the Gel-Game 9 for pickleball. After 3 months the shoe started to split on the side. This shoe was only used for PB. The store refused return or exchange and ASICS refused warranty. Do not buy this shoe it is faulty.
