I purchased the Gel-Game 9 for pickleball. After 3 months the shoe started to split on the side. This shoe was only used for PB. The store refused return or exchange and ASICS refused warranty. Do not buy this shoe it is faulty.

Staff were distracted, neglecting customers and displaying unfriendly attitudes when asked questions. I recommend additional training to emphasize customer service protocols and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Don’t buy ASICS in Canada, they don’t have any reasonable customer support, the Canadian market is too small for them to build that team. Buy from Hoka or Saucony, you get the same quality of shoes and much better service and support

I came here in a Tuesday afternoon and there was no customer before I entered. There was one male sales and three female sales, and I received great help from the male sales. He asked me what features I was looking for and recommended one model for me to try. He waited patiently for me to hear back from my husband which shoes he liked if any. He also explained the return policy in case the shoes did not fit my husband.
The sale here was not really a good deal but it was his service that convinced me to make a purchase.
The shoes felt great. It almost felt like the latest model of HOKA.

We went to try some asics shoes and little did we know which one to get. Mr. S. Khan guided us which is the most suitable style for both of us. He has vast knowledge of all the styles of asics and we highly recommend him if you’re looking to get Asics but doesn’t know which style suits your needs.
