This store tried to sell an untagged bra (pictured from their Halton store) for $55 because according to the manager at Vaughan Mills Asics store “all bras are $55”. Interestingly enough, the same exact bra was selling for $40. This made no sense because all other bras at Vaughan Mills Asics were $40. I ended up getting another style because I sensed something was shady. After I paid for my purchase the cashier said that it’s “final” sale because of its “colour stream”… be aware of this store and their practices. I’ll never go to this location again.

They have decent collection but nothing much on sale . The prices are pretty high even you compare the outlet price and the store isn’t very big.The staff was also busy when I reached on a weekend’!!

Although very pricy very knowledgeable staff. I made my first aisics purchase. Your company should do points incentive. When you reach a certain number of points redeem towards a new pair of shoes. Will return.

⚠️⚠️⚠️I’m not sure if this store is registered or does have a qualified manager but I had definitely the worst customer service experience with this them!Bought a pair, got worn under 3 months! Said that has warranty for a year, Reached them and being told that returns only goes under the main office but not the stores! Called and emailed the case to the given information of the office but yet no response!Took more than a month, so I reached this store again and asked for their manager!A young girl showed up and gave us again the same office information. Patiently opened up the whole story for her but she still responded so disregardful, without any signs of even trying to be a little helpful and like I’m wasting her time and it’s non of her business!??????This was absolutely my last time to purchase anything from a non Us brand with less than 5 stores in Canada especially Asics!(I’ve attachaed all the pictures for ref!)

Received excellent customer service, as always, at this Asics location. The store manager, assistant, and customer service agents always provide me an abundance of information and a good shopping experience. Very welcoming and helpful.

This location gives extremely poor customer service. I had asked for my receipt to be placed in the box and they failed to do this. I also discussed return policy with the customer associate and they said nothing in regard to the 30 day no return policy and then continued to explain that it is on the receipt that I never received. Despite the fact that they are able to access receipts in their system they refused to return my item that still has tags and original box with purchase. I will not be shopping with ASICS ever again. Terrible customer service.

Tried to use some store credits here and employees said their POS system changed and that I had to contact head office to switch them to their current system. Head office says I need to contact the store. Basically, this store and Asics Canada were sending me in circles. Manager at the store said they would escalate the situation but nothing happened. I've been trying to get a resolution but customer service at the store and head office have no interest in helping me.
