Dealt with Ed and Harry. They were amazing taking the time showing us the quality of the products and all of the different option. We ended up buying everything for our bathrooms from them and also got Ed to help us order counters from the fabricator next door! Highly recommend.

We purchased all plumping fixtures for a new house we built. Overall very happy with the products and the service we received. Ed and Sun were always available and sorted out a couple small issues that came up. I found a lower price for a couple items and Ed price matched as he promised. They followed up to make sure we were fully satisfied with everything and sent us a nice gift.

We needed a shower fixture. Mehdi was superb! He not only got me the right product but called the manufacturer to inquire about the availability and went out of his way … they have a beautiful showroom and quality products… fingers crossed he can renovate my washroom too… a happy customer
