“Strongly strongly strongly strongly recommended” recording all conversations when you visit there, including video with audio. (Not Bluebird. Bluebird sold this storage to Access storage franchise on May 8, 2024. I was almost the first potential customer in the morning on May 8, 2024. Everything was not settled, and security and all systems were not programmed at all. Surely the promotion I sent inquiry and visiting which I talked with Bluebird before May 8 DISAPPEARED without any notice. I am talking about Access storage on Jane street.) I could experience that the manager(she introduced herself as a manager when I asked calling the manager with frustration about their continuous wording change) had changed her words FOUR times in 30 minutes and they never admit their communication loss among crew and “she denied her word at upper floors in the office a few minutes later”. Overall “they never accept their own mistakes”. They do not record properly so I asked CCTV checking but they did not accept. Price and promotion changed three times so it means they are not reliable at all. They started their business without any preparation. You could see many bare wires exposed on the wall so their security level is suspicious as well. Not reliable at all. Well. I recommend this storage if you wanna see the case about what company is not reliable at all. It was quite dramatic. Thank you for helping me not to choose Access storage.This experience is based on “100% fact” so I would not delete this review even though there is any kind of verbal threat. If this review disappears, it is by Access storage.I had threatened twice because of my reviews in the past from a swearing merchant in front of me (reason: I just looked a couple of product and didn’t buy any because of poor quality and unreasonable pricing. That’s the reason why she sweared and yelled to me) and from a company which poured cold water on me while I was taking a shower, all of a sudden.As usual, there is no exaggeration. Just a fact.I recommend recording everything when you visit or call them for inquiry.

I am a new client of Blue Bird Storage on Jane St in Vaughan. I was very leery of booking a storage facility as this would be the absolute first time doing so and I value what I'm storing and just want to make sure it would be alright. Once I arrived at the storage, I was greeted with a big handsome smile by Pablo (such a friendly guy). He was very helpful and guided me towards the right size storage. He also mentioned the specials that they were having and that it would be a great incentive to becoming a client. I have no complaints thus far and I look forward to may years of storing my precious items with you!!

Clean, heated, easy access to units. Prices are very reasonable compared to other storage places.

I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone requiring storage space. The gentleman who run the facility are so helpful and personable. The site is always clean and free of garbage and there is always a dolly available whenever I come into the facility. I have rented from many storage places and the above mentioned pros in this review are truly an issue in a-lot of facilities. If you are looking for good service, cleanliness, and protection from the elements as you are moving your stuff, I would check them out.

Came here tonight to rent a storage unit as their e-commerce system sucks. There were no available parking spots when i arrived. I visited in the afternoon during an off peak time. I could only imagine how bad it gets when people come on a week night or weekend. I went inside and waited for a while and no one came to the office. They left the office unlocked and unattended for quite a long time. Would not trust your stuff here when no one is watching the place or cameras. Another man came in and said do you know when they will be back? I responded, i wish i knew! I have been here a very long time trying to rent a locker. He said this happens often. So i went to public storage down the road and their staff were AMAZING. So i rented my 10 x 20 unit with them.

Just rented a unit at Bluebird Self Storage and couldn’t be happier! Facility is bright and spotless. Very secure. The price was right and the manager, Pablo, is super friendly and made the whole transaction hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Best storage facility I’ve experienced. Always clean, climate controlled, easy access from the docks. Great location near near highways.The staff at at bluebird is amazing, dealing with them is a pleasure - always helpful and customer service is on a high level. Moving out was easy as well, would’ve kept using it for years and years if I haven’t left Toronto.
