Hey blue notes shame on you. I noticed that your cargo pants before the holidays were about $25. And now during the pre-Boxing Day sale, they were on “sale “for $25.… It will be very interesting to see what your quote boxing Day sale price quote is today. It’s definitely all about quantity over quality here, but there are a few items that you could wash more than once and you might be able to use it again. Not the same blue notes from back in the day.

Very bad store. Worst experience. The store doesn’t know how to maintain there prices. Clearly on there board it was mention the hoodies are for 3 for 15. Once I went over there, they are saying its buy one get one. They are saying but clearly on the boards it is for 3 for 14.99. Please don’t visit this store and if any supervisor or manager is viewing this, i request that work with your staff. I won’t shop with you and please don’t go over here to buy anything.

We went to bluenotes at Vaughan mills on 14 March around 7.30 pm and we had bad experience from the guy who worked there. He was very rude and not friendly to us. At the end when we are cashing out he don't even ask as for a bag and he just provided the cloth we purchased.Very very bad experience from that staff

THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS, only exchange or store credit. Store layout is a mess and very hard to walk around. On my last visit there was only one person at the register and a huge line, while the other associates are just walking around. On my visit previous to this last one, there was NO ONE at the register even tho all the associates made eye contact with us, but not one of them approached us to cash us out.This time (Dec 28th) I came into this location to exchange a Christmas sweater that was not available anymore and was told I couldn't even exchange it because "it's a clearance item"... no it was not. The guy assumed it was in clearance without even looking at my receipt and... surprise! It was not in clearance when I bought it.

Kudos to whoever does the hiring. You would have to actively work very hard to find staff this rude, condescending and incompetent. Every other satire paying minimum wage has staff actually at the check out and not actively being rude and insulting when you seek them out. Is quite impressive really, it’s like the karens diner of shopping.

Terrible experience.Associates were rude when asked to open the trial room . He looked at me like I am getting clothes for free. He didn’t even know the certain item was not included in sale .I was on counter for more than 10 mins before they finally decided to come to cash counter . And were busy gossiping about people in store.

It’s 8:40Mall closes at 9They closed the changing room “early” to “clean” (aka so the staff can leave right at 9)So I figured I can buy the bathing suit, then, try it on at home, then return it if it doesn’t fitUnfortunately, they only do exchange restore store creditSo when the store is open, I cannot change I cannot try on the clothingAnd there’s no option for me to return it if it doesn’t workPathetic

I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up ???????? ????????????????????????????????
