I went there this Monday - October 7th, 2024. It was the second time I am booking as the other time something came up for me and I had to cancel. They were very professional both times while speaking for booking/cancelling of the booking.
The clean job was admirable. As I left there the car was like new. Looked like new, spelled like new, it was a pleasure driving off.
As it was deep clean, it needed another day for the car to dry completely - which is expected.
I would definitely come again with my second car too.

It is rare these days to find a place of business that wows its customers by delivering above and beyond expectations. I am very thankful to Google for suggesting this place to me, and for the top-notched reviews about this place.
Let's talk about the results first. I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. Because of the ceramic spray he applied to the car, not only the exterior was shiny, it also had a deep lustre that made the car look a little darker. Every crevice was cleaned, including the black rubber trims around the door and the frame. Every part was spotless!
Shawn was extremely thorough with interior as well. Every crease and seam in the interior received his detailed attention. The leather practically sparkled, like a new car. Salt stains, doggie fur, dust and food crumbs were all removed professionally.
He even invested extra efforts to clean under the trunk flap! That should give you a glimpse into his thoroughness.
Let's talk about the process. Shawn was responsive on the phone and text. I made a reservation and I texted Shawn when I arrived at his shop. He came out to greet me and took possession of my vehicle. He texted me when the car was ready and he took me to the shop to deliver the car. He walked me around the car to show me their handiwork, with quiet pride I might add.
This is a company that knows its craft, takes pride in its work, and delivers unbelievable results.

“I've been taking our cars to Rambo for almost 20 years since their original location at Yonge & York Mills. Mack (the owner) is fantastic! He and his team know every aspect of professional detailing. They've made our vehicles (BMW X1 and Toyota Tacoma) look like new to the extent we get compliments from strangers at the gas pump, etc. At least once a year, I highly recommend their exterior polishing. Small scratches in the paint are buffed out and the headlight lenses look like crystal. Not only are they phenomenal quality, I haven't found a better price quote anywhere.”

“Last Thursday, my original plan was to drop by Circle K to redeem a digital coupon. It was successful.When I got to my car, I had a quarter of gas left in my car's tank. I knew that I was heading to work the next day, followed by hitting the Long Branch area. I felt that filling up my car's gas tank was in order.I pulled up next to an available gas pump. I liked how crisp the screen was. The instructions to insert my PC Optimum card, followed by my credit card were straightforward. I ended up redeeming some points. The entire process was smooth.I am not a regular Esso customer, but dropping by an Esso is growing on me. I ended up paying $54 worth of gas. All was great.This gas station has a car wash. You have the option of going either touch or touchless. The gas station is clean. There are lots of gas pumps. If you do need to hit Circle K and aren't doing any fuelling, there are parking spaces near the car wash. There aren't any close to the store. I ended up pulling off to the side closest to 16th Avenue.It's a decent gas station. It's next door to T&T Supermarket, so you can technically get groceries and eat there, and get gas there and here afterwards. =)(274)”

Then I noticed the staff were rushed and didn't do nearly as good a job, missing too many spots for the amount being paid. I was hesitant to go once more but decided to give them one last try and I have to say, today's car was was very good and fair for the $50 (after tax and tip) price. I hope this means that management has heard the poor reviews and made the necessary changes to make it a consistently good experience for their paying customers ?”
