** Read this if your car is drivable and the damages are minor **This shop was recommended by my Insurance company. I signed an authorization waiver allowing this body shop to take apart my vehicle to inspect for "damages". The vehicle was brought in many months after the accident as my vehicle was safe to drive.My vehicle was mechanically sound and needed a repair on the body due to a minor accident. My biggest concern was hidden damages. A couple days later, my insurance wrote the vehicle off and I was given market value for the car but my biggest fear was having to navigate for a new car in this awful marketplace where a new car has a 1 year waitlist period and used dealerships are selling cars 10k over MSRP.As for Concord Collision, it depends who is helping you but customer service was non-existent. I got virtually zero information as to why my car was written off. I inspected my vehicle in their yard which was taken part, including the logo for some reason and I was forced to take the settlement amount with my Insurance company. The alternative would have been to have the car reassembled as a rebuilt title and taking a gamble. I know my car will be either be auctioned off or sold to the Bodyshop which will be sold back on the market as the car was fine.

My car was broken into when I went to Montreal and I was recommended this shop as an option by my insurance company so they are verified. While it took a long time for the manufacturer to send in replacement parts, Cindy was very helpful and kept communication very clear as I called in to check the status of my vehicle.The body work on the car and repairs was amazing. Had a small but pretty deep cut on the door exterior from the break-in and they buffed it out very well - so well that it’s not even noticeable. They also fixed my steering wheel and replaced the entire plastic piece of my door interior. Toyota also reviewed everything and made sure the quality was good before they sent back my vehicle. The supply backlog will delay things a bit but that’s out of the repair shop’s control, otherwise great service and they even cleaned and washed the car for you before it is returned.

Amazing team and service here - I was recommended to use Concord Collision through a friend.Cindy was so helpful and guided me through my next steps following my accident to ensure a smooth and easy process.She understood that I was not looking forward to being out of my vehicle for an extended amount of time. Kept our communication lines clear and received my parts prior to taking my vehicle for service. In less than 2 days I received my car back brand new.I would highly recommend Concord Collision to everyone in need of quality body work.

Worst fricking shop ever! No professionalism, No communication - no update even though they say they will inform me if there is such. Completely left me in the dark. So what happened was, I bought my car in for damage assessment and after all is done, they gave the insurance a quote and said they will call me when they have the part so that all I needed was to bring my car in and leave it there for no less than 2 weeks. They said they would call me when they have the parts ready. I waited for 2 weeks. Was anxious to find out when I can bring my car in for repair so I emailed them. The reply was prompt. Saying I can bring my car in on such day. Nov 21. So I brough my car in and I quote this is what they say, "We have to take it apart and see if there are any other damage and if so it could take longer." It may take more than 2 weeks. So I thought, didn't you already assess my car the first time and that is why you quoted the insurance for such price? But anyhow, Since I only have to pay $200 deductible I left my car there thinking, the damage was just the bumper and the damage was cause by a slip of hand when I turned into a parking lot. Two weeks later emailed the lady thinking I would get the same prompt reply the first time. Nope. No reply this time so I called in and they say there will be additional parts needed. Fine. After a month, I emailed again multiple times. Still no reply. I called in again only to be told that new part are still awaiting. Where was the update communication? I requested for progress update and they even said they would let me know if there are any changes to the repair status. The following day, a lady call me and asked if the chip from my front windshield part of the damage cause at the parking lot. Right! I slip my hand trying to get in a parking parking and hit a parked car and now my front windshield have a small chip. Didn't they already looked at my car like twice? I have already let them know where the damage might be which is the corner left front bumper but still a chipped windshield IS possible. They just want to be sure. Call in today, Dec 28 and was told they are trying to get my car back to me by the end of tomorrow. Call in again on the 29th and was told my car will not be completely done. And said I can take my car but will have to bring it in for final touch (PPF) on Tusday January 2. Where was the progress update that was promised? If I hadn't call, would they even let me know or they're just trying to make money from the rental car as much as possible? They are busy; I get it. So am I. I can not just come in when they want me to. That's the whole point of communication so that I can be prepare and book a day off work if needed to. It is January 2nd and still no call from them. I will have to call in at 5:00pm (They close at 7:00PM). Call in and got hung up on the first ring. Now they told me that the PPF guy came in late so they are still working on it and will call me tomorrow morning when it is done. Worst auto collision repair center ever! This place is very questionable. I would strongly recommend you not take your car here even if it's recommended by your insurance company so that you will not have to endure such unprofessionalism. And did I mention when they provide me with a rental car the gas indicator was lit. The wiper was pretty much non existance as the blade was so warn (the rubber strip was half separated from the blade) it barely does the job. Pick up my car on the 3rd and it was a total disappointment with respect to the time the spend vs the outcome of it. Total disappointment! The painting was terrible. Just looking at it, you can tell the car has been repainted by an amateur. The one this they did right was they actually called me to pick up my car as they said they would. This business is an abysmal!

My husband brought his car into Concord Collision and neverrrrrrrrr again lol. If you want to wait 7 weeks to get your car fixed, and have your time wasted, then be my guest. He had his windows smashed (passenger and behind passenger) so insurance told him to go here. Ended up fixing the door due to scratches and trim damage, and put new windows on. We called 4 times because they said it’ll be done this week. When the week comes, no update. So we call and was told the week after that (4x’s) — mind you, all 4 times, WE had to call to get an update. When the car was done 7 weeks later, we come to the shop to see one window not tinted but the other window was??? Picked up the key and was about to leave the shop and never come back — but then remembered to ask about the window. So we ask “btw… why isn’t my passenger window tinted ?” And our response we got was they didn’t order it. ( ok… why?) The guy who tints comes tomorrow at 9am. You can come back at 9am. So this journey isn’t over yet. In the morning, we called just to make sure the guy is there — come to find out, he’s not even there and will come at 6:30 instead. WE had to call to find that out . And if we didn’t, we would have drove there and had to drive back home . We showed up at 6:30 (and yes we called to make sure he was there) and said yes he arrived. We show up at 6:32pm and we plan on waiting for the tint because it would only take 40 mins. We give her the keys and we sat down 10 minutes in. After that 10 minutes , she says are you sure u don’t want our rental for the hour? The tint guy is stuck on in traffic and he’ll be here in 15-20 mins. Lol but we were told he was there when we called half an hour ago??? Lol. The communication here is the worst I’ve ever experienced . I couldn’t tell if I was doing the job or was she??? Absolutely trash. So to the people who are trying to look for reviews right now, be mindful of mine lol if you want to get time wasted and get played, come here. Definitely 5 star for that. But as for professionalism and timely manner, -10

Concord Collision did a great job of repairing my passenger doors' damage. Cindy was always very informative and helpful. She gave me very good updates regarding when my vehicle would be ready. Ramsy was also very helpful. When I received my car, my cargo mat was dirty and right away he went to wash it and returned it back to me the way I gave my car when it went in for repairs.
