Been a client for over 10 years I when there yesterday to make my purchase only to find out my account as been deleted, and what was worse I ask the sale person how can I get back my account she said I that I cant that their new policy , I guess they don't need client anymore if they're getting rid of them , any one know where else I can purchase Thalgo products.

Used to be a good company to deal with but now that the original owner is gone the staff can be very rude.

Always feel warmly welcome. Bright spacious sophisticated space makes for joyful shopping. The staff is so very helpful. I enjoy my visits, it feels like I'm meeting up with friends.

Terrible experience. After shopping for a long time there, they deleted my account by mistake and didn't take the responsibility at all. Instead I had to go back empty handed and decided to take my business anywhere else.

Amazing showroom displaying all the products. (Largest one I have ever seen). Very knowledgeable staff and impeccable team support. Location also host for training. Worth the drive to experience.
