Fraudulent business practices.
Be careful when buying online, you have to return within 10 days to get a refund. Absolutely insane policy for e-commerce. I live in Montreal, and can’t try the items in store since we don’t have any stores here, and then I have to return it the second it arrives as if I have nothing else to do. Plus I wanted to return for subpar quality. Definitely not as nice as I expected.

Would give 0 stars. Spent $400 on this “STAR” jacket that was originally marked up at $900? Can you imagine. The quality of this jacket would be similar if I ordered something off of Alibaba.I wore the jacket for less than a month. This was my go-to every day winter jacket, I have no idea what I caught it on (I think a shopping cart when at Walmart) and a whole panel ripped off.I went to the store to complain about the poor quality of the leather and they said that it’s my fault and I can send it for a quote on alteration that will take a few WEEKS. By then winter will be over.The jacket is also peeling and pilling in different places and the ladies at the store didn’t even want to look. They just told me I didn’t know what I was talking about cause this was real leather and real leather doesn’t do that.Danier is not the high quality leather brand it was known for.. if you want to find a good Danier leather jacket, go to your local thrift store and find one from the 80s cause these are all imported from a shanty china factory.Save your money and search for “leather jacket” on Aliexpress, Temu or Wish and I guarantee you that you will find something of equal or better quality for 90% off the price of this jacket.

I had a great experience at the Keele store today. The sales girl (it says Susie on my receipt) went above & beyond to help me find a jacket. She was super attentive & provided excellent customer service. I am in love with my new leather. Thanks for making my day!

These coats/jackets have really gone down hill. Just bought 4 pieces, 3 on clearance. Certainly not my first purchase so I am very familiar with how the sizes "should" work. One coat is a gift so I cant speak to that. Out of the 3 clearance coats only one is actually true to size. The other two are mis-shapen and come no where close to fitting as other similar pieces I've purchased in the past have. We will see if they provide any assistance.

No option for a stars would be best! The worst customer service I have ever received. Now I understand why they went Bankrupt. I drove from Bradford to Concord to do a return, to be told you have to start a return online first! And then was told I have to pay to send my return back! So ridiculous! No one answer my emails and you get the runaround from anyone who works in store.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM DANIER !!!The absolute worst return policy. You have to beg this company take back product. You can't simply just walk into the store and make a return you have to beg for reference number and once you get a reference number then they expect you to pay for shipping when you can simply just drive to the store and drop it off.

Terrible,Today Jan 31, Sn on Webside the store should be open 11:00am-6:00pm.Arrived to pickup item at 2:00pm and the door was closed. No answer and no messages on the phone. No notes on the door. Greg
