Can I just say I love these people I feel so appreciated and welcome in this store. I went in and out twice thinking I would not be able to find a size or a pair of jeans that would fit nice or to my standards and three girls, Britney, Laura, Jelina were so helpful. I bothered Britney first and then I came back to bother Laura and Jelina and they were so sweet. All three of them were very supportive and considered all of my request and we're able to get a pair of jeans that I initially hated but looked fabulous on me when they gave me the right size. I love you guys, thank you. I hope you have a great shift.

It's such a shame I cannot rate this store more than 5 stars. Yesterday my mother who doesn't speak English came in to make a purchase. She needed assistance but unfortunately was unable to communicate her needs because of the language barrier. She told me one of the staff members, a young lady wears glasses with brown hair went above and beyond in order to help her. Her customer service was exceptional and was an example of how customers should be treated. I am beyond impressed by her willingness to help and go the extra mile in order to achieve customer satisfaction. My mother was so happy when she explained to me her dilemma and how the young lady was able to help her. God bless employees

The rudest customer service I have EVER received. I was standing at the counter with a question in regards to help with locating a product and the two girls behind the counter starred at me and walked right away from me. One looked at me up and down and walked away - without any regard to help at all!!!! Beyond rude. Spend your money else where like Aritzia.

The associates are very rude. Help you with the fake smile and then gossip behind your back. So unprofessional and rude. Ruined my day. So disappointing.

sales associates are rude and not helpful. have to go out of ur way to get any assistance. and they were gossiping the entire time i was in the fitting room. felt very uncomfortable

Recently visited dynamite to do some shopping for my sister’s birthday. Right away I was kindly greeted by the sales associate Laura. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect gift. Definitely recommend checking out the store and there amazing staff!

I only gave this place a one star because I couldn’t give it a 0. The manager Rachel is fake, nice to the customers to their face and rude the next moment behind their backs. The customer service leaves much to the imagination the associates are extremely uninterested in helping and don’t engage with customers. Never coming back to this location until management has been upgraded.

One thing I’ve noticed about this place is associates are always gossiping ! The store manager Rachel is also very rude , I’ve seen the way she talks to people she acts all friendly and nice and the minute you turn your back she gives you dirty look. She is not a proper manager ! I’ve noticed that she told an employee to greet customers and help them out , I witnessed an employee asking a customer if they needed assistance on grabbing a size on something and the customer said no they didn’t need help, I understand that it’s your job as a associate to help customers and give them the best service , but there are certain people who walk into a store see if they like anything and if they do they grab it themselves and make there way to the counter and purchase there item. If a customer needed assistance they would ask for help! DO NOT FORCE YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BRIB A CUSTOMER INTO HELPING THEM IF THEY DONT NEED HELP! Some people come to browse around and freestyle their shopping the way they like it ! I don’t think this girl should be a manager because she is not someone suitable ! Management you need to do better!

Have been to other Dynamite locations as well! But Cassandra here was so sweet! Really helpful and kind! Have never got such sweet vibes from retail employees ever! She definitely deserves a shout out!

Great clothing store, however exclusive online items are not on the rack. So it’s best to browse online for all the options including sale items.

I came to this location yesterday, Saturday, Aug 20th around 3PM. When I entered the store I walked pass at least 4,5 employees and no one greeted me. I had to find the top that I was looking for by MYSELF, no one was bother to ASK even though that they’re were next to me. They were so busy having a chit chat about their personal stuff. I was about to purchase the top but I just left because of the LACK OF SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very terrible costumer service I called yesterday to put a size of clothes on sale and the employee told me she put it on hold until tonight I went there today (afternoon) but they saying they don't have it. As a constumer you need to serve us better and don't give high hopes to your constumer if can't do it and to the management you need to address this kind of service. Thank you so much.
