The vest that I bought from this store caused rashes on my neck. It's made from recycled paper. The store refused to let me return it since the tag was removed. The black lady at the store even told me that I could donate it if it caused skin rashes.

Today I visited Eddie Bauer at Vaughan Mills and I had such a great experience! Their customer service amazing. This one associate in particular, Fernanda, was extremely patient, kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to help me exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was completely satisfied. Her friendliness and professionalism really stood out. Huge thanks to Fernanda and the whole Eddie Bauer team for making my visit such a pleasant one! I will be coming back for sure to ask for Fernanda again. Amazing work!!!

Plenty of options and further cheaper than any other eddie bauer store. Had a great collection of jackets for every temperature range. I got a fall jacket for more than 70% off and it was a great deal. Besides non winter clothes are classy and affordable as well. Had a good collection of shoes and boots as well. Too much to go through all at once.

Went there like last week and the staff is great & helpful. I had a large item which was hard to carry, so during the checkout process I asked the cashier if he can give me an extra bag for the large item and he gave me one! Thank you!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at the Eddie Bauer outlet in Vaughan Mills. The manager, Julia, was unbelievably rude and actually shouted and swore at customers — including elderly people. This kind of disrespectful and discriminatory behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
What’s worse is that her staff just stood by defending her instead of helping the customers who were being mistreated. After my visit, I read other reviews and sadly found out this is not an isolated incident — Julia has a reputation for treating customers horribly.
I will never shop here again and I strongly urge Eddie Bauer to take action. No one deserves to be shouted at or sworn at while shopping — especially not seniors who should be treated with basic decency and respect.
Avoid this store if you value good customer service.

Purchased an item from this outlet store. I am a U.S. resident so at checkout they were able to locate my $10rewards coupon and account. I was assured by the sales associate that as Eddie Bauer is a U.S. company that i can return the item to any location in U.S. if it doesn't fit. Well that is not true, because Eddie Bauer U.S. stores cannot find my purchase jase in their systems even though I have the receipt in hand. Online customer service said I have to either drop off the item in a Canada Post mailbox or return item back to the store where. I purchased it.
How can I drop off the item in a mailbox.... The item is a womens long down coat. And I live 10 hours away

Store doesn’t exist. Eddie Bauer is really good at not letting customers know when they closed their stores. Only one left I Toronto is at Vaughn Mills beside Nike.

Went to exchange a sweater that still had tags on and was refused because I didn't have the receipt. Oriental lady wearing a mask was really rude with a nasty attitude. Never shopping here again. Quality of their clothes has gone down drastically as well as their customer service. No wonder most of the locations have closed down.

This location has several products on sale. If you're not picky about the latest greatest then, this is a great place to shop. As an Eddie Bauer member, you can also get rewards and discounts throughout the year. I really like the footwear and hiking gear, which lasts a very long time.

This has nothing to do with the actual store, but I will never order anything online or purchase from this company ! Been waiting over 3 weeks for an online purchase. They been taking money in and out of my account. Zero tracking number. Contacted customer service and they’re just as useless as Justin Trudeau. And if I want to return, it’s even more work to be completed by the customer. Keep up the great service Eddie.
