I bought new batteries for my ebike. They even showed me how to install it since I wasn’t able to bring my ebike. I am so thankful to Dean for that.

My son’s e-scooter needed to be serviced . They quoted me a price which was reasonable! I had an issue with the charging port, Dean and Alex diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it without hassle! They were so kind and patient!
A time before that service which was my first time here, I had to get the e-scooter tires replaced. Segway original tires came with tube tires. After a few weeks of purchasing ( from Best Buy) the tubes were coming out the rims. Dean educated me on the types of tires and recommended the solid ones! His recommendation was the best! I give Emmo A++ for customer service and Repair service!
If you are considering buying a Segway don’t buy it from Best Buy like I did. Please check out Emmo first because they will educate you and the prices are affordable! Plus they have a variety of E-scooters and E-bikes! At the Vaughan location.
I’m now a loyal customer! Thanks Emmo staff you guys are amazing!!
