The installation was fast, the equipment top notch and price was very reasonable. The technicians helped me download the relevant apps and how to use the system. Daniel responded promptly to all requests. Don performed the installation impeccably. Regarding paperwork, Silvana was so pleasant to deal with. The team work the company provides is impressive! A Great Job! to the team at Engineered Alarm Solutions for the work performed at my home. From top management to the installers, the team delivered an efficient and professional service. The installers were on time, left the grounds spotless and provided all the support necessary to operate the system. Management provided recommendations that were spot on and I very much appreciated the honesty and knowledge provided, can't get much better than that.

We contacted Engineered Alarm Solution because the door access system (aiphone) for our business stopped working. At every step in the process, Gabriel and his team were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They have also given us a proposal for a better system and it is probably a better fit for us, but our budget did not allow for it at this point. When that changes, we will work with them again - no doubt about it. Highly recommend.

We required a new control unit and recorder for an older existing system with 9 cameras. I found Engineered Alarm Solutions online and called. I dealt with Gabriel directly and he educated me and followed up with a reasonable quote within days. The install went well - we replaced and upgraded some of the cameras - the installers were awesome and the training was comprehensive.Around a year later we needed replacement of an exterior camera and addition of some internal cameras. Gabriel came and walked the facility with me and came up with a plan to properly cover the areas required.I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The team at engineered alarm system came to my house to install security cameras. Installation was quite fast and installers knew how to make the job tidily. The team was available to answer questions even after the job was complete. Camera quality is great, even at night. You can review the cameras on a large TV and quality is amazing! Not much more you can ask for.

I was frustrated with my old alarm provider. The main reason was that when the pings to the monitoring station stopped working, they didn't reach out to us, we had to reach out to them.Enter Engineered Alarm Solutions. Gabriel and the rest of the team have been responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful through the entire process. I feel like I can trust them.The installation of hardware was fast and efficient. We reused some of the old hardware and wiring. The team came in right on time and finished on schedule. They even took the time to explain how to use the keypad, and the new app on my phone.If you're looking for a home alarm provider you can stop now, this is the team you want to work with!

Eng Alarm solutions installed the alarm system, all the low voltage wiring (internet, wifi, tel, sonos sound system, remote light switches, and flat screen tv’s) at our house when we built it. They are a great company to work with. Very professional and they are excellent at what they do. They continue to come back for general equipment service or upgrades. They are always a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend them.
