I rented a car for a small trip outside the city. The staff was cordial. They didn't have the vehicle I booked but offered some alternatives. The return was straightforward. I'll rent with them again when needed.

So I do not usually give bad reviews for a couple of reasons. I believe that if you have nothing good to say, say nothing. And if my experience was negative, I have already wasted time and money and do not want to waste any more of it. But in this situation safety is at the core of my review and I think it needs to be said.My car was in for a repair and the insurer arranged for this rental. When i picked up the car it the inside windshield was filthy, the dashboard indicated the service was due, the brakes fluttered when applied and the AC was feeble at best. No effort was made to explain to me any the features of the car, how to connect my phone, what to do in the event of an emergency or breakdown--absolutely nothing.My experience with this rental dictate my future decisions on car rentals.

What a terrible experience…. Was in a car accident and had to deal with this location for my rental. First of all, trying to get anyone on the phone is next to impossible…. Calling non stop all day and no one answers the phone. Yes I know this sounds like an exaggeration but it’s not. The first suv I was given clearly had mechanical issues. After about a week with it I called and asked if I could switch it out, so I brought it in. The second suv I got the check engine light and washer fluid light came on three days after having it…. Went back in for a third (I should also mention I live over an hour away from this location but it’s the closest to where my car is being repaired) finally my vehicle was ready on September 1st. I called enterprise to let them know and was notified I could leave the rental at the dealership. Someone would go pick it up and the 300$ deposit would be reversed…. Still hadn’t heard anything from them come sept 8th so I called them and they informed me no one had gone to get the car yet. But they would call me as soon as it was picked up. No one called me. So today sept 12th after calling all day yesterday finally got a hold of someone (who was not pleasant at all) who informed me yes they picked it up and just forgot to call… overall just a terrible experience and would not recommend this location at all. The only helpful pleasant staff member I dealt with was a gentleman with an Aussie accent (sorry mate forgot your name!) had it even been easier trying to call in to them if anyone ever answered the phone it might have been a different story. But you should never have to call for multiple days before someone answers the phone, only to be spoken to rudely.

Great experience with Karl & other agents at Enterprise concord location?? I was in a car accident and needed a safe and reliable vehicle, everything was taken care of right away- very helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you need a rental. Cheers!

I had horrible horrible customer service. Not friendly, lied to me about pricing. Refused to admit it or make me happy. They had the audacity to call me up complaining about my "behavior" the manager had called me when I rented the car and said if I have any issues I can reach out to him but he never returned my call. I accidentally tried renting a car with them and I'm black listed from their car rental agency. No explanation. I would not recommend using them. Ever.

Whoever I called to inquire about my reservation here in the morning had a huge chip on their shoulder and was very unhelpful. l don't care who pissed you off before me but I didn't do anything???? I had asked about picking up my reservation yesterday just to get told they had no cars available (which was odd given how I had a reservation.. but fine). The lady on the call couldn't even help try to find an available car at any nearby location and just said I can only pick up a car on Friday which would defeat the purpose of me picking up a car at this location. Ended up calling an enterprise near my house (quite literally cities away from here) and bussing home after I'd dropped my car off for repairs. ???

Had a long-term SUV rental from this location. Very happy with the customer service - very friendly, helpful, and provide service quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Lora, Karl, the whole team including sakina, Husain and literally everyone at this brand have really gone out of their way to help me get my rental and get to work on time. I go here every week so I see the effort they make for their customers, despite having a lot going on in terms of busyness, phone calls, lack of cars at times because of so much demand. They truly do their best to help me so I would definitely recommend this branch. Reliable and caring staff, I hope this message gets to them (and their managers) because I can really say for sure they are a great hardworking team that I trust with all the experiences I’ve had here. Thanks guys!

Called this morning to find out something about my current rental. Was on hold 15 minutes before giving up. Currently on hold for 21 minutes and counting. They claim that customer service is the cornerstone of their business. Sure fooled me. So annoying. Won't be using Enterprise if rental car needed in future.

Ever since I moved here, they have been my go to people for rentals. Been renting their cars since September of last year and they always provide clean cars and a friendly service. Now I will admit that it is not always easy to get them to pick up the phone when you call; which can become an issue in case of an emergency. Other than that, love this place and would highly recommend!
