If there would be an option of zero star, I would give that !!
We got the apartments built from them in Cambridge, Ontario and there was lease signed for 5 years for renting out these properties , however , they are not making the things happen they signed on lease. Now, they are not paying us in a timely manner and not releasing payments of past 3 months.

Terrible service at Caledon Club!
Do not purchase with them, absolutely terrible workmanship throughout the home and even worse follow up service.
Had 3 relatives ready to purchase the new phase will be cancelled.

I spoke to Tresha Bailey-Richard who was simply kind and patient in helping me find answers to the questions I had. She took the time to listen to understand and took my information down to look more into my case before calling me back to fully understand and answer the questions I had. Her due diligence resulted in me receiving a refund cheque back from the builder due to an adjustment that was forgotten about.
Thank you Tresha for all your kindness, patience, and thoroughness and helping us with our inquiry on our home.

Attached the Workmanship of Fernbrook homes. The nail coming out from the Cabniet. Poor workmanship. Railing got very very loose within 1 month of closing.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have done so!
My experience with the D’or condo has been nothing but awful for the past 6 months! We have passed our closing date a few months back and still key amenities such as the pool and guest rooms are not even finished. There are so many deficiencies inside the units and the builders are on site everyday yet nothing is moving.
The whole process is so disorganized even within their own teams, painters coming to fix the same issue 4 times when it should have been noted the first time it was done.
To make matters worse, there is very little communication from their customer service department. I had a broken window that I had to text and call everyday to the customer service rep for 3 months to get it fixed.
I’d urge anyone to read these reviews and choose ANY other company to go with! So unhappy…

I would not recommend that people spend their hard earned money on the low quality junk this company tries to pass off as a house. I currently live in a home that is less than five years old and have had constant roof leaks. From one end of the house to the other! When you contact the customer service lady her advice is that you should be getting your roof inspected frequently. Im no expert in construction but common sense tells ms that if you actually used decent quality material and a reputable roofing company a roof that is less than five years old would not be having constant leaks or require routine inspection. I have now had to hire a roofing company to fix all of the terrible work that fernbrook did. Avoid this builder and all the stress that comes with buying from them.It’s pretty routine to see a roofer coming out to one of the houses in the neighbourhood after a rainfall…. Buy at your own risk

On the day of delivery, my condo was not even close to being ready, with a long list of incomplete tasks. When trying to address these issues, there was no one to speak to and I felt ignored. To make matters worse, the lack of response and harassment by Fernbrook Homes' lawyers only added to the frustration. Based on my experience, I would recommend that you approach any dealings with Fernbrook Homes with caution.

I purchased a candidate from this company and after 2 years, we are still waiting for the hot tub and saunas to be opened. They opened it for a week and everything broke down , that was 7 months ago.No answer from this shady company yet

Great experience with Fernbrook from start to finish. Especially after the purchase, Stacey Peticca went above and beyond to ensure all defective items were fixed. Many things were out of their control during the pandemic, but they strive to ensure perfection and happiness. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fernbrook to all my family and friends.
