We bought two pairs of spring shoes for my toddler at the Vaughan Mills location back in April/May, and the young lady who assisted us was fantastic. She measured my son’s feet and helped us find the right sizes for spring and summer, which he has been wearing happily.
Today around noon, we returned to buy fall and winter boots. A middle-aged woman with long blonde hair assisted us. When I kindly asked her to measure my son’s feet, she replied, "We don’t do that." I explained that we had measured his feet in the past at that same store. She seemed frustrated and responded with attitude. When I expressed my discomfort with her demeanor, she said, “How else can I tell you we don’t measure toddler feet here?”
I decided to leave and went to Skechers, where they happily measured my son’s feet. While she may have been a new employee, the customer experience was disappointing and unacceptable.

Excellent customer service at the Vaughan Mills location. We had a problem with one pair of the shoes we bought and they really went above and beyond to help and provide us with an agreeable solution. Geox has great quality shoes and I hope they can keep that up. Additionally, with great customer service, it brings about an even better brand. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of boot for my son last year, but he didn’t use them at all. I decided to go change them. I talked to manager about it ,and she kindly accepted to change them . Manager was so helpful. She also helps me to try so many shoes in different models. I had a great experience there.

Just visited the Geox store at Vaughan Mills and had a fantastic experience. CK was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding the perfect pair of shoes. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a great selection of footwear. Overall, I highly recommend the Geox store at Vaughan Mills.

2 weeks ago I bought magenta sneakers from Geox vaughn mills, and after 3 days I tried the shoes and they made my socks magenta ، so I went to store and explained about problem. At first they tried to ignore me , the manager said it is normal ??. But I did not accept, after long conversation they accepted to give me store credit. They were very rude especially manager, try to ignore my problem with rude behavior

I recently bought a pair of Nebula shoes from this store. Salesperson CK provided excellent service. The shoes are comfortable, stylish, and breathable. Highly recommended!

Geox is absolutely the best shoes store in Vaughan Mills, very good quality, comfortable shoes, stylish, reasonable prices and breathable technologies. Love how the store is hybrid having the newest collections plus the sale section and always having good deals. The staffs are amazing and very helpful!!!

Very bad experience with the staff. Wanted to exchange a pair of shoes, the staff first accused me that they are worn and then said 5 days has passed for the exchange. It was not return, exchange was not possible.

Tremendous customer service by CK! I was looking for shoes to wear at work and then he recommended me the SPHERICA shoes and I must say those are the most comfortable shoes I had so far and the way CK explained everything was really helpful! Must visit everyone and thank you Geox!

Came here and sought help on my existing pair of walk pleasure formal shoes that i bought from Square One. They needed a lace replacement, ‘Dhruv’ here was super helpful in putting an end to the problem.
