Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. Great location from Vaughan Mills Mall Entry 3 - front of the Shoppers Drug Mart - and lots of choices for seasonal items. CURRENTLY Spring and Summer items.Also women's purses available too. Beautiful store, Selections are great, and Prices are reasonable.

Only if i had an option of giving 0 stars. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this store, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The material felt cheap, and no comfort. When I approached the in-store manager to address the issue, his response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I expected better customer service, especially when dealing with a product of such poor quality. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me with regret for choosing this store. It's not the first time at this store

Their shoes has bad quality.I haven't had this experience before.I bought 9 months ago and now there is a crack and inside was ripped.They don't have warranty on any shoes, as I get back to them.Is awful and disappointed.

Staff wouldn't take off the security seal for me to try on shoes. Would not honour $10 coupon for loyalty signup either.

They are cheaters and are proud of that. I picked shoes that were on sale and when they scanned it showed higher price. Lady on counter said "you world have picked it from wrong place".I showed where I got it from then she said maybe someone moved it there.I told her that it is false advertisement and she has to honour that price, she then called the manager.Manager said some customer would have moved it. I showed his the whole line was the same shoe and this was the only place for that shoe.Manager first said I am only a part time employee and can't do anything.I said they have to honour the advertised price, False advertisement is a crime in Ontario.Then he said I can do whatever I want but they are not going to match the advertised price.

If I could I would give the Zero. No one is on the floor to help you, extremely rude cashiers. I went on August 21 to purchase a shoes. I had an email saying I have a reward of $25. So the cashier didn't give the $25 reward I received on my email and she was very rude, unpleasant. I asked for her name she refused to gave me but I got her name on the receipt. Her name is LIA. Lia you should change your career, you are not good for customers service. Avoid going to that location and Lia. Store manager wasn't helpful too. Not going there anymore

Horrible service!!!! Employees not active with their service rather involved in their own co-worker chattering. We stood for ten minutes waiting for a person to deal with us at the counter and the store was almost empty. The employees should really get another training about prioritizing customers!!! Would highly recommend going to another location. First time experiencing this level of low quality of service at Globo.

The worst store ever, the shoe I bought hurt my feet very bad, I tried to return it, they refused and asked to leave the store or they will call secirity. Garbage shoes do not ever buy any garbage from this store.Customer always right Never ever I will buy garabe from any Globo cruel management

Blonde haired girl with lisp working today doesn’t have any respect for customers. Showed attitude when I asked for clarity on mislabeled sale items. If you hate your job, quit but don’t project your negativity on others hun.

Extremely rude girls at cashier counter- who said they are managers for the day and also refused to get in touch with store manager.-On Victoria Day while I went to exchange- I repeat to exchange shoes of my son as size was not properly fit to him and need one size bigger- she simply and rudely said no exchange today - though I was ther to exchange- after half hour discussion she agreed then checked the tag- as string of tag not attached she said get string - any type of string and attache and she will exchange for right size- I went out and found a small thread to attaché with the shoes and came back- then again she refused to exchange - she was bent on to come for exchange the next day - and when I frustrated my voice slightly raised and she threatened to call security ? and right after that she started to shout at me and when I told her not to she argued that her natural tone and voice is high? and the whole drama continued for another half hour and I end up exchanging my son’s shoes but of course couldn’t get the colour I want- it was available on other store she can even deliver it to my home but foolishly bent on to come next day to return the one we had.- NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE CISIT THIS STORE!
